Lovely breakfast wide choice and cooked to order . Served well and with a smile Lovely light dining room. Everything was very clean and new . Hosts Paul and Karen couldnt do enough to ensure guests had an enjoyable stay . It was like coming home . Interest taken in guests . Lovely area easy to attractions Very clean room well stocked and use of table bar very useful
Lovely choice of fittings Slip mat in ensuite Without jugged water from the fridge would have been very difficult to fill kettle. I would like to return
The bed is used as a chair to ease watching TV and affects mattress
En suite very small difficult access to shower sort of at an angle as to where the doors open and up quite a high surround needed to prevent water from shower going into bedroom. Small washbasin in bedroom
Very clear in booking arrangements but booking refunds would be appreciated so many days before arrival

Good size room
Comfortable bed
Dog poo in courtyard.
Room not serviced one day. No bathrobes as advertised.
Bad first impression. Parking for guests off lane at rear meant the way to the front door was through the garden with fake grass and washing line, through the courtyard with access for 7 dogs, Not always clear of poo.

Good location. Friendly owner. Clean room. Good breakfast.
Mattress was quite comfortable but did slope a little. The owners had several dogs which was fine as we didn’t hear a peep from them and only saw some of them on arrival in the garden, however, on departure we did have to navigate a few poops along the garden path. Parking area was very small which didn’t pose any problem for us being hemmed in on a one night stay but potentially could for those staying longer.

The room size was adequate for us and the room was clean, with shelving around the sink area to place all are wash stuff.
For us, the mattress took us a bit to get used too and the pillows were bigger than we normally have. But apart from that, everything else was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The lighting system flummoxed me. I am fairly tech savvy but could have done with a bit of training on the remote control when I arrived. The lights over the bed are not bright enough to read comfortably.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the location was convenient.
The Host was amazing!
Parking was a bit of a pain as you had to block in other guests and arrange with them to move cars around when needed.
There was a blue light on the mirror in the bedroom that would light up the room, and I struggled to sleep.
Very comfortable bed. And very quiet
Breakfast was very nice
The parking wasn't great if other guests didn't follow the parking arrangement

Quiet clean and walking distance to the prom. Excellent service for breakfast.
Very confused with the lights in the room and how they work! There are no light switches they are on a remote control which is impossible to find in the dark and no instructions anywhere. Would be great to be notified before arrival of this and have instructions or just a light switch.
