Small Queen bed is really super small for 2, we will book a twin next time. Take good note to watch out for bears in the vicinity ( in autumn).

Very nice leafy well kept garden which our room looked out onto. Good microwave but a bit too complicated and mounted too high up.
Neither of the electric cooking rings on the stove worked. One was loose and I had my doubts whether it was safe. As a result, we couldn’t use the stove. The kitchen tap was faulty and difficult to turn off. The bathroom door was also faulty.

The location at the quiet edge of Aspen makes for a relaxed atmosphere but provides easy walking access to the center of town. The lobby area is welcoming any time of day, with cookies and cider in the afternoon, wine in the evening, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the morning. Breakfast downstairs had all the European favorites - bread/bagels, cheese and meat, an assortment of fresh fruit and yogurt as well as cereals hot and cold. Our room had a window seat overlooking the woods across the street. The bathroom was nicely updated with a spacious walk-in shower.
There was no hot water kettle in the room, but one was available at all hours in the breakfast area.

Value for money first up, then staff and cleanliness once we settled in to our 2 bed condo, with extras on the lounge sofa in front of the fireplace.
Heater pool was amazing, updated shower with no hot water issues and full kitchen let us cook a family roast for Xmas dinnner.

The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious! It was nice to have the kitchenette and the room came equipped with all the essentials- iron, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and even a fan and humidifier. Also, although we didn’t use it, the heated pool was very popular!
Nothing you can do about this, but it is a bit noisy with everyone stomping around in ski boots! And being on the ground floor just generally means hearing everything!

This is a sweet little hotel/hostel with a very chill vibe. It is perfectly enough and the location, especially in the summer, is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood with direct views of Aspen mountain and directly on the Rio Grand trail. The beautiful front lawn and pool are peaceful and the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon picnic. This is not a fancy, stuffy hotel, and there will be no star sightings, but for some of us, that's actually for the better. Oh! There's also FREE PARKING for guests!
The walls are thin and in the summer all windows are open, so sounds travel easily. Everyone was very respectful, but don't expect to sleep in for very long. The shower head in our room was REALLY bad with very low water pressure.

I arrived with ankle injury, using crutch. My room was originally on the third floor, the room was not ready, they told me to waiting for one hour. I prefer to eat something in downtown and came back later. The receptionist offered to give me a ground floor room after she saw that I was limping but the ground floor room was almost $100 more expensive. I told her no thank you. When I came back later I got the last room at the end of the corridor on the third floor. Hmmm. I had backpack, little suitcase, crutch, pain....go up on the third floor. NO ELEVATOR!!!! No one offered their help, no one!!! One of the guest on the second floor helped me to carry my suitcase. Big thanks for him!!! Another thing. If guests are taking shower or using the bathroom please tell the cleaning lady/man to step out for a couple of minutes until the guests are done. Dining room is in the basement, another challenge to go there from the third floor with crutch. All these are small things but I hope you pay more attention to guests in the future. I did not think I would arrive on crutches, but unfortunately that is what happened. Thank you so much your understanding! Best, Magdi.

Great location, walkable to the main part if town, but also near a bus stop. Given it is the height of ski season, the price was good. Free parking. Continental breakfast included, always a plus. Happy hour with snacks. Nice front staff. Close to a couple of hiking trails.
I can only speak of my room which was on the ground floor in the hall where ski equipment can be stored and it was loud. People started early and came and went throughout the day constantly banging up against the wall as they managed their equipment. Also I beleive the people above me were either rehearsing for Riverdance or were rearranging the furniture because they made noise non-stop. The only time I didn't hear them was when I was out in town. Now, this would not deter me from staying here again, but maybe at the time of booking just request an upstairs room or one not down this hall.
