The morning crew were phonemanal, the housekeeping manager, Mr. Akiema. Breakfast was amazing as well, but after 4p.m. It changes tremendously, with no help from this one guy. He's customer service sucks and was very frustrating and unprofessional.

The whole work crew is Awesome, all are friendly and treat everyone like family members..The maids are so Sweet and Serious about cleaning & Disenfecting! The Breakfast is always plentiful with So many options..& there's always plenty fruit out to snack
There's so much more I wish I had room to tell about how Excellent this Hotel truly is..Only thing I didn't like was - I had to leave when our week was over.

Whoever decided to put the one of 2 elevators you have at the hotel in maintenance mode for the go home day of Dragoncon is an idiot, having only 1 working elevator the morning myself and like 200 other people are checking out was an idiot move. Especially with no staff elevator for the hotel workers and housecleaning trying to move around. it was the only bad part of my stay was trying to checkout with all that going on.

Our room was never serviced during our four night stay. My wife asked about this at the desk when she asked for clean towels and no effort was made to ask our room number or schedule a housekeeper. This was very sub par for a Hilton.

The hotelnis in Midtown and very well connected to other parts. It's close to Georgia tech and multiple options for shopping, restaurants and travel around.
The breakfast was good and more than adequate.
Rooms were clean and well maintained.
It is a suite so kitchen facilities too were well done
The staff is friendly and always available for inputs and help.
The hotel is very fixed in its timings. We had a late flight and late check-out was approved . However it only gave us an hour more to move out. Though the staff was helpful and willing to keep our bags in place

Room was clean. Location was A1 (Near Piedmont park in Midtown and close to many restaurants and bars). Place feels safe, you need key to enter at any time. The staff was really nice. This was the morning of the Peachtree Road race and my wife was running. Check out was at 11AM so we asked if we could keep the car in the parking garage for a few more hours until we come back from Piedmont park. They accepted. It doesn't seem like much, but it saved us a lot of troubles. We would have had to leave the hotel and find another parking spot somewhere and that morning was crazy on the streets (because of the race)
Parking was a bit tough to figure out (There's a space where you can park for 15 minutes while you check-in and then your room key can open the parking garage

The breakfast provided helped us save money during 3 day stay and was good overall. The location was also great as it had close proximity to most landmarks.
I did not see the replacement of towels or sheets. They did not come in to make the beds either which surprised me as other hotels do that. I also encountered uncleaned floors when looking behind the tv stand to get something that had fallen behind there.
