I didn’t like the location—it’s in a rough area. Also, overnight parking costs $18 even for guests, supposedly for security, but I never saw any during my late-night checks.

breakfast was great and plentiful along with a clean gym. concierge was very nice and helpful. Lobby was spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to work or relax. truly enjoyed staying in the lobby more than my own room. Skylight is nice and has that great texas charm!
Water pressure in the shower was abysmal and the faucet was like a power washer. There was a musk to the room upon entering that was quite annoying (can't tell if water damage or not). 2 of the 4 elevators weren't working and the two that did were disengaging the selected floors after every stop. Also made it a hassle during the busier part of the days where a lot of people were trying to go up and down. Did feel a bit outdated when it came to the rooms. Gym equipment could use some TLC.

they greaded us rude we arrived late wed july 3rd at 12:30 am the host wus rude didnt even look us while she talked seemed bothered and like she didnt wanna doo her job and when asked questions rolled her eyes at us, their free breakfast was made into a short window smaller then other embasy suites i have stayed at in the past they stop at 9 am ,seems too make people miss it and save food.they also charge a damage fee they wount tell you until your there ,restroom had other people hairs and semed dirty and old tbh worst expperience from a embassy suite will not be booking here in the future.

I think her name was Suzy or Sally (I’m sorry) she was amazing! The lobby was very clean with great decor and the price for our stay was good.
I didn’t like the rooms bc it looked outdated. The rooms could use a remodel. The furniture is old, the ceiling in the bathroom is really low and our room carpet was wet by the window due to the rain. It really smelled bc of that. I was really disappointed with the breakfast. No grits, the eggs taste too “powdery” and the potatoes were not done.

My room had noise from the air conditioner motor. There was a constant humming in the room. I notified the front desk, and maintenance said, "it's just the motor of the air conditioner." That noise was there until I checked out. HORRIBLE, I HAD TO CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR TO MUFFLE THE NOISE.

The cleaning of room and changing linen had to be requested everyday even though it was requested upon check in. We had medical conditions requiring cleanliness of room and fresh linen.

Our trash was never emptied out daily. So we had to have trash piling up in our trash bins. Even after we requested to have it emptied out, it never was. We also had to request to have our towels replaced. They probably never would have unless we contacted the front desk. We never had a “do not disturb” sign up either so we don’t know why our room was ignored from housekeeping. We’d be gone in time everyday for them to come by.

Everything from check in, access, cleanliness, environment, people was top notch and better than expected or imagined. My last hotel stay was at Caesar’s Palace in Vegas so I thought that would be a tough act to follow but I was genuinely impressed! I do want to point out that I had a potentially uncomfortable situation arise with my card not being charged and Railys handled it flawlessly. She is exemplary in the professionalism and courtesy that employees should extend to the public. While she treated me like a welcome guest, I felt more like a friend because of her level of care, courtesy and taking the time out to explain processes and even more important, to listen, spot issues, explain and resolve. Thank you Railys! You will go far!
It took the hot water a few extra moments to get to the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was low for me. Yes it is nitpicking but I point that out because I really had to look for areas to improve on!

Now, everyone pays for parking in parking lot!!?? ..no valet, just to park.. why? 17.00, this too and of course not having room service which is already a standard.
Our refrigerator was dirty, previous guest spill a coke or something and that mess was still there and had not been not cleaned after their stay.
We stayed in a Suite, so two TVs..one Remote was actually broken, buttons were getting stuck, hard to manage. We pressed a button and sleep mode came on. Frustrating when you have diversity for a reason.
Had to call maintenance at 11 pm.. heater didn't work, Room temp was 68. If it was hot outside, this would be ok but with 30 degree weather, it was pretty chilly in room. Maintenance came to fix pretty fast when we called but neglected to remove particle messes left from fix. It was in tub, bathroom floor and sink. It really needed a vacuum up, but at 5:30 am.. not going to wake family up, so I had to try to clean up as much as possible. It took about 1 - 1.5 hours before water circulation started making a difference in room temp.
I reported these issues to service desk.. they said they appreciated the notice. " thank you so much for letting us know, we will definitely fix this so that other guest won't have this experience " ha! Yeah, but this paying guest expected more for this stay.

Beautiful property, clean.. Breakfast was amazing!! So much dining space to spread out. I would stay again if I could find a discounted deal. It was close to the wedding venue.. about 5 minutes so made it very easy to get there and back.
I did not like having to pay for parking.. with the prices, that should have been included. When you have made a long trip and are ready to relax, then have another chore to do besides checking in, it was a hassle. Having to put more money down at checkout was unpleasant. I would rather have had that paid before making the trip instead of right there during checkin as my funds are limited. I'd stay again for a discounted price. Or collect enough points to get some type of deal.

We understand that you all allow pets, however, I don’t agree with them being allowed in the area where people were eating. There was a lady with a dog in a purse type bag during the happy hour. Dog hanging out the bag over the food and sitting it on a table. The same lady had the dog in the breakfast area while she made her plate dog sniffing around and then she had it on the table feeding it from a fork off her plate. That is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Ruined my appetite. Animals should not be allowed in that area period. Lastly, there was no bedding for the pull out couch and no pillow for it.

Loved the set up and the complimentary food and beverage. Room was great. Gym and pool were great. All but one employee was very hospitable.
