- Shower had NO hot water (lukewarm temp at best) - Toilet runs intermittently - Gap in main door allows the cold to come in (temps during this time period was in the 40s F) - Poor, dim lighting in main room - Small desk area - Room phone is broken - Slow bathroom sink drain - Partial roll of toilet paper with no extra roll Even with the heat turned up, the constant cold creeped in via the gap in the main door. Also, it didn’t help that our room didn’t have scalding hot water for showers.

It had rats. Alerted the front office, claimed to had sent maintenance but reported the maintenance only looked for holes in a specific area and didn’t check the whole room, kept reporting it and they only kept offering to change rooms

What I didn't like was the rooms on the back side of this hotel was no equipped with a refrigerator or microwave. I had to change rooms for the weekend.

It was quiet. The staff at the front was very helpful when our heat and hot water wasn’t working.

The heat wasn’t working in our original room. You have to let the hot water rub before it gets hot. The room and sheets should be cleaned better.

They had a problem with booking.com and could not process my confirmed booking. I had to call booking.com to cancel and get a refund which took a considerable amount of time and they were not very helpful because the problem was on Motel 6 end.

The property was not very well maintained.

Way too expensive for such a run down motel. Everything is old. Outlets didn’t work , when you turn water on to shower it made such a loud noise.

Location was good. Resturant near by. Convienance store within walking distance.

Office was only accessable when the desk clerk noticed you outside and pushed button to unlock door. There were many homeless people or vagrants in the area. There was loud music playing off property all night. Room had a sour smell that smelled like dirty cloths.

Big room, clen but very basic. Location is quite a bit north of downtown Austin (hence price was less). Downtown easily accessible vis local bus network.

7/11 store nearby appeared to be a hangout for some down and outs. Having said this we never felt threatened or intimidated. A little surreal in that the 7/11 store played opera music at a fair volume, presumably to deter the down and outs gathering!

There is a Dennys in the parking lot.

You get a bed, a table, sink, shower, and toilet. The ice machine is by the office and kept behind a locked door. Crickets in the room. It is a basic room for the price.

There was no Breakfast Bad experience this time When checked in, the room had no mirco wave n fridge.The front desk said, it does come with that room. Then later on Sunny (Front Desk) said, if you don't like it you can leave the property. Even the owner /manager was on the phone It was very humiliating experience. Will never go back nor recommend anyone.

Not good attitude of the Front Dest(Sunny) at all. Rooms are infested with roaches.
