Bugs in bed the people and managers was very nasty the hold motel smell like puss people sitting outside sleeping in car it’s a drug and prostitute hotel and we didn’t have no tv for kids they keep lieing about getting it fix o even ask manager about a refund for the room he say no because o stars in there that one nite but the girl at the hotel front desk told me I would have to want for manager but when I did he said I should have check out and I could have gotten my money but I was told I can’t

Absolutely nothing. I was horrified. We travel a good bit and I'll tell u, I have NEVER EVER in my life seen such disgust in a hotel.
This place was so INFESTED with ROACHES! It for real was so horrifying. There were tons of baby roaches everywhere. They were crawling on the fridge.. on and out from under the microwave.. out from under the TV... Crawling right up the middle of the walls.. even found em crawling up the curtains

There were like at least five adult roaches laying on the floor by the door just as u step in.. the were on their backs but still alive.. seen their legs just a goin. ?♀️? The bathroom was disgusting wouldn't even shut all the way due to the water damage.. the whole room looked as if it had been flooded at one time bc the floor pieces were all coming up and water damage on the night stand and everything.. don't even know how the bathroom door handle was able to be on their.. and roach in the shower. The swimming pool was also like a nasty swamp. WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY!

the housekeeping staff was very kind

2. there were only 2 outlets in the whole room. 1 didnt work and the other one had the TV plugged in
3. the bathroom and toilet was disgusting upon arrival, there was fecal matter inside the toilet
4. room REEKED of cigarette smoke
5. toilet paper was 1 ply and we were only given 1 1/2 rolls for a 4 day stay. when we asked for more, the front desk lady was extremely rude about it
6. we got a room with 2 double beds so it could theoretically sleep 4 people at a time. there was only ONE bath towel provided. when asked for more, we were told they were "out for the night" and when we asked if they could bring one by in the morning, they said we'll see (we never got another one so I had to dry myself with a washcloth)
7. there are people that live full time on the property and they will harass you and cat call you and stare into your soul no matter what time of day it is
8. someone had dogs that loved to bark at night and people would walk by our window talking extremely loudly at all hours
9. parking was a nightmare, there was not nearly enough spots on the property
10. we were genuinely worried about our room being broken into because the locks were subpar and there was only 1 so we carried our valuables on our backs at all times
11. housekeeping only came after we left, didnt even ask if we wanted the room to be tidied up before then
12. was not given a do not disturb door tag
13. phone to front desk didnt work and was extremely dusty and dirty
14. only the bathroom light worked, every lamp and overhead light in the room did not turn on
14. many holes and lots damage to the room (the headboards were literally hot glued together)
15. pool was LIME GREEN and disgusting
16. shower drain smelled like actual poo
17. INTERNET DIDNT EVEN WORK
18. wasnt even given real hand soap (let alone complementary shampoo or conditioner), we were given 4 bars of facial soap to wash our hands with

How close it was to everything.
The room itself is incredibly small.
The furniture looks like it came out of a dumpster because of how used it is. Burn marks all over everything. The pool was green.
Mirrors were disgusting and not cleaned. Flies and gnats flying around in bathroom. Unhinged toilet lid.
It was just rough. Very rough. The parking lot had leaves even there and grown up grass. I’ve spent 100 dollars and have had a much cleaner, nicer and updated experience elsewhere

The staff members are friendly and helpful. Location is great. I travel to MUSC Cancer Center several times a month so it's convenient. Everything you would need is close to get to . Bus system is near to get where I need to go. You can't find a better place for the price.
Sometimes guests can be noisy but the staff in office take care of the issues if some come about.

I ended up staying in the room anyway because it was late and I had a long drive and had to wake up early in the morning. I removed all the sheets and put my own did not get very good rest. The beds are terrible.
