The thing I liked about the property was that it was cleaned . However I like the check in that was smooth
I didn’t like our guest was disturbing us all night fighting and coming in out of they room! We couldn’t get in touch with front desk. Didn’t like the pool closed at certain time and how it’s set up! The room was slightly cold with heat trying to work .

The room wasn't cleaned properly. I actually stepped on an earing and hurt my foot. So, this means the room wasn't vacuumed. Very loud. You could hear the people walking around in the room above and down the halls and talking. Very loud.

The staff were very friendly, one staff in particular, Wallace Pope who went out of his way to always say hi and make us feel comfortable. He gave us some great recommendations for ice cream. The chair in the room was super comfy!
The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush very well. It took about 4 flushes to get it to work.

Location it was really good! It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The beds and the room itself was really good. It also gave us a good partial sight of the city at night as well.
The pool was down for maintenance which means the roof top access was closed that is one of the reasons why I went with this hotel. Then checking in (I had paid in full when I booked this hotel)I had to pay an extra $100 ended up being $120 down payment just in case of incidentals or room service. -Which isn't listed that they require this... AND we had to pay to park our car here!! Which isn't listed on here either that was an extra $127! So the hotel that roundabout cost $411 ended up being $748! I won't stay here again!!

Overall, the hotel was good, except the indoor rooftop pool was closed, and that's the whole reason, I booked this hotel! What a bummer for my family!! The staff were friendly, there were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms though, but the front desk will bring you a mini cooler. I like that they have a parking garage connected as well!

We liked the location, near plenty of stores and restaurants. The look of the hotel was great too with the open ceiling.
Staff was rude to me when explaining that I had been charged for a “no show” night. I did not know that my reservation was somehow set a day early and they would do nothing about the charges but were pretty rude about the way they went about explaining the process.

The room was great, the beds hard and loud. The location of the hotel is incredible! The hotel smelled like weed almost the entire time. The biggest struggle of this vacation was the pool was not available the entire time. We contacted Booking.com for some kind of refund, spending our vacation time on the phone and then had to find and pay for additional activities with our children because the pool was not available. We chose this hotel again because of the great pool and roof top area. Disappointed in Booking.com for not refunding any of this hotel stay.

The location is great! Staff is very friendly. Parking is very convenient because it is right at the property.
There are no USB plugs in the rooms, so bring a charging block to plug into the outlets. The TV remote only worked halfway and the channels would only respond to the “up” arrow, not the “down”. The volume one the remote also did not seem to work and we could not find a way to adjust it on the actual TV.
