The location, room size, and cleaniness of the hotel exceeded my expecations of a centrally located city hotel. The staff were also curtious and helpful.
The only issue was using the lifts during St Patrick's Day parade, whereby non-hotel guests were using the lifts and huge queues ensued. The hotel should consider a sperate line for hotel guests to get to their rooms.

Reception staff were always courteous and helpful, and the Porter at the entrance on our first day, Lucas, was delightful and very helpful. Unfortunately, upon departure yeah we felt somewhat intimidated by a tall member of staff who wanted to promote Taxis as opposed to Uber drivers.
