Location is great. Right down the road from my daughter's. Always stay here when I'm in the Springs. Will never stay here or at another Fairfield Inn again

There was absolutely no communication!! None! My grandchildren were hospitalized with RSV after being at my house. I was asymptomatic but reached out to both Booking.com and Fairfield In, directly, to ask if they were comfortable having me there even though I'd been exposed. Nothing. Crickets. I understand you have a business to run and money is the bottom line, but I asked about cancelation, then a voucher for a time when everyone is healthy. Even just to be told "I'm sorry... you're not really a guest we care about, your just money to us. I got nothing! No communication! Just a big fat middle finger and "let us charge your card"

The Staff was friendly. The location to our families home in Monument was excellent.

The room I reserved was a KING bed, we were given a room with two Queens. There was a leak stain on the ceiling which was very offputting. The coffee maker is in the bathroom which is GROSS and it was so dusty that I had to clean it with a disinfectant wipe before using. There was literally three tissues in the tissue box!

The room was decent, we absolutely love the sheets and the other boarders were very nice

My husband broke everything from his feet to his knees a couple of years back and he suffers from severe arthritis. We travel quite frequently but he can only handle 5 or 6 hours in a day, then an hour or so in the hot tub afterward helps tremendously,we never rent a room that doesn't have one and the website says nothing about the hot tub not working and depending on who you ask about the jacuzzi you get a different reason for why it isn't. After putting our things away and getting shorts on we found the double doors to the jacuzzi fastened together with several zip ties,I asked the night manager about this and she told me that there was a crack in the bottom. I asked her why nothing was mentioned in the website or app and she told me that it wasn't her job. When we were checking in lightning struck the building and we weren't able to use wifi for the first day.Understandable but too many problems were stacking up within our first hour there so we shortened our reservation to two days.On day two when we got back to the room the wifi still wasn't working so my husband called the night manager and she started arguing with him saying that he knew about the wifi and jacuzzi within the first hour and chose to stay there anyway but you don't really have a choice in that matter because you can only cancel room 48 hours in advance, other than that you are being charged. She said speak to the day manager because she can't do anything and since our stay was almost over she really wasn't worried about it.I told the day manager all of this and she laughed, she also told me that the jacuzzi did not have a crack in it but when it was installed it did not have a railing and chair for people that are handicapped and because of this it will have to be completely removed and can not be used by anyone, I asked why nothing is mentioned about this and she just shrugged.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed

Rooms are outdated. Had hot water in the AM only 2 of my 6 day stay. The absolute worst breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Coffee always empty, food undercooked and cold. Same powdered eggs every morning. Waffle maker broke. They’re fruit was 3 apples. I asked for bananas and the breakfast attendant didn’t understand what I was asking for. The spa and pool was broken and not operating. The cost is very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Location is not close to central Colorado Springs. About a 20-30 minute drive to the center part of the city.

Very good rooms, and breakfast was excellent!

Upon arrival in the evening, the front desk Rep. looked up our 2 prepaid hotel rooms for 4 people, 2ppl/room. Only one room was found although we paid in full for the 2 rooms. We received confirmation emails from Fairfield Inn and had them in hand and in our phones as evidence that our bookings were confirmed, paid in full, and complete.

The breakfast fare was excellent. Good variety.

A primary reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool that is advertised. After checking in, we found that the pool & whirlpool were non-functional and had been for some time. Those ammenities should be removed from their advertising. Misleading at best - dishonest, yeah.
