Close to where we needed to get to. Nice workers,
Had to change rooms, black specks of dirt on sheets and bed cover. TV did not work, a towel left behind by someone that was a black color. Not enough towels just 2. Hair left on sheets, sticky counter tops, dirty floor and sticky. Heater did not work, just blew cool air. Walking the halls I could hear everyone working through their own issues.

The room was in decent repair, and it was clean. It was quiet, even though it is near I-25, and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed Carrabba's Italian restaurant across the street.

I did not expect a lavish breakfast buffet, however they did not keep their basic stock. Each morning there was another item that was out. On Monday morn there was no fruit, butter, creamer, eggs, breakfast meat, tea bags.

Nothing! They didn't even have a room for us when we arrived after booking it online! horrible experience 0/10 never recommend this hotel!
When we arrived a guest was already complaining to the front desk. His room that he booked for 2 nights was filthy and he was trying to get a refund. On asking the desk if we could see the room we booked we were told they didn't actually have a room

Location is great.
Hotel was dirty and nasty. I had informed the front desk that there was dog poop on the stairwell and all he said was that he would inform someone. Hours passed and the poop was not cleaned up. Rooms were nasty. Breakfast was horrible.

The bed had alot of pillows on it. I also liked how comfortable the bed was & how nice the staff was.

So I booked a room because it was a really good deal and looked like it had Comfortable beds. I get to the location and the receptionist told me there weren’t any rooms available. The story was that the previous receptionist or room service had made a mistake on available rooms. I had booked my room atleast a hour before and it stated there were 3 rooms still available. With the other rooms not showing that there were only a few left. I did pay on the app so it charged my account. The lady was very polite and was dealing with a lot. She checked to see if there were any rooms available but there weren’t. The receptionist was great though ! Lobby was beautiful . I did have to wait 2-3 days before the refund was put back into my account .
I did not stay at this location because of the issue.

The location was awesome and the room was clean with a nice bed and linens.
We stayed on the 2nd floor. When we got off the elevator we were assaulted by a horrible animal smell. It smelled as if a male cat had sprayed the upstairs or as if an animal has soiled the carpet. The refrigerator in the room did not work so it spoiled what we placed in it.

I had no access to Wi-fi during my stay. I received a little note saying no wi-fi password or amenities when I checked in. I was awakened by another guest's dogs barking at 3:00 a.m. The room needed paint repair and other items.

The staff was pleasant and efficient, the room was clean. It was close to the facility where I attend a play.
I went down for Breakfast at 8:30 and there was very little selection. No hot foods. I may have missed the time cut off but I didn't see the times posted anywhere. and didn't think to ask the night before.
The pillows were hard!

The girl at the front desk was super busy but did all she could to accommodate everyone as fast as possible.
The bed was extremely soft and my back still is sore from it. The first room the tv didn’t work so they switched me to another room. I was not the only on that had issues with there room having something that didn’t work.

JUST THE LOCATION
BED SHEETS & LINENS HAVE STAINS ON THEM. THE BR IS NOT THAT CLEAN. WE ASKED THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION; THEY TOLD US TO PICK UP THE NEW LINENS AND DO IT OURSELVES. OF COURSE, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DO IT BECAUSE WE ARE SO TIRED AND NEED TO SLEEP.

Close to our family member we were visiting. Room was clean just run down.
The breakfast was poorly done. The only hot option was waffle and sausage. Cereal and muffins and boiled egss were the only cold options. Very disappointed compared to other la quintas we have stayed at. Our door knob was falling off and the room was very run down. Lights flickering ceiling peeling in bathroom. We only stayed one night and we were glad to leave.

It was within walking distance to the Broadmoor World Arena and across the lot from a really kewl movie theatre!
I phoned and asked about a possible early check in and was told that I could be accommodated. I arrived at 2:00 PM on Thursday and was told they were waiting on clean rooms which should be about a half hour. This kid was an absolute mess and when his shift was over at 3pm he bailed leaving his co-worker to deal with a mess! Anyhow 2 hours and 45 minutes later still nothing, by 5:00 I finally got checked in.
During which time, I watched several interactions with other customers and when they finally called my name, there were 7 different families waiting in the lobby for rooms. 3 other interactions turned into pissed off walk aways.
I certainly think my time is valuable and would have appreciated a discount of some sort, but was not offered any type of compensation.
The outside: dead grass and un trimmed foliage, there was dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere.
Come on LaQuinta, years ago you use to take pride in your properties, what changed?

Evening check in guy with beard and curly hair deserves a raise, being left alone with the mess of unclean and unavailable for check in rooms! He sure took his share of pissed customers both in person and on the phone!
Early morning girl was super sweet, I liked her a lot. We chatted a bit as she set up Breakfast on Saturday morning, she brought me out a fresh pot of coffee! I wish I would’ve gotten her name!!!

would stay as far away from this hotel as possible. other than the location this hotel had nothing to offer.
Property was disgusting. upon walking in to check in i immediately knew it was a mistake, the smell was horrible from the moment i walked in. when getting to room it only got 100% worse. room was no wear near clean. looked to have mold on walls . i immediately went to front desk and asked to be checked out and refunded. went across the street to the Fairfield inn and had a great stay. would stay as far away from this hotel as possible. other than the location this hotel had nothing to offer.
