Maria from the reception deserves a raise. She was the best to attend all our needs from checking in to checkin out. She was phenomenal and I hope thebmanagement recognizes this. There is one new staff who is new who was great as well i think she was a trainee but she did an amazing job attending to our needs. Beds were amazing, comfy pillows and shower. Great location with stores really close by

That there is no free water for the room. Loke seriously? It’s 2025. The african american lady (neck length) hair was the worst to be placed in reception. She was frowning the whole time and the way she responds to requests made me feel like im giving her inconvenience. You need to take that woman out from reception or put her under an improvement plan. Wifi was easy if we have a marriott account but that too was very inconvenient. You might want to review your policy in showing an id if we forget the key inside thenroom. How are we suppose to ahow id if we accudentally leave the key in our room? Just think about that.

I liked that we had the elevator all to ourselves and it was fast to go up to our floor and down to the lobby. I liked that the AC worked well.

I didn't like the room not having a microwave. The sink plugged. Room service wasn't done every day and none of them spoke English. Restaurants connected to the hotel was closed by 2pm. No one smiled or greeted us. Everything there is expensive.

The location was very nice and the facility was clean!

Issues with the valet. For instance my car was definitely “whipped around”. I had items in my trunk that never move around normally but were knocked over when I opened it. Also I have a very secure dash decoration that ended up on the opposite side of the front dash (was on the left driver’s side and ended up on the right side passenger’s).

The rude clerk Who wouldn't even give my employees the time of day, just because they were in work clothes and he thought they were just homeless bums. After showing them the booking that I prepaid for he still gave them a hard time and refused to let them in.And then threatened to double the price the rooms just to let them in. Only when a supervisor stepped in, did the associate back off.

The communication was challenging for me. They still didn’t provide my invoice- they said i booked through booking. I need it for tax purposes and they are the only mariott hotel claiming this.
