Position and cleanness

No hot water I could not take a shower. Complained everyday the staff was friendly but the problem was not fixed. They promised to refund 3 nights lets see if this happens. Also heating and refrigerator terribly noisy..

I liked the friendly staff , the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, the spacious rooms, the breakfast food and breakfast area.

The lobby area and waiting area temperature was unacceptable. It was cold outside and freezing inside. Stepping out of the elevators was very uncomfortable because the temperature was not regulated. Every time the sliding doors open (to enter and exit the main entrance) I would get a blast of cold air. I would be nice if there was a system in place to keep that area warm during the Winter,

Location was amazing! Everything was walkable and nearby. Me and my bf enjoyed the basketball court and breakfast together. Rooms were amazing with size and comfort. I would book again.

N/A If something was wrong, they helped immediately.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There was construction going on near the property. The loud construction noise was not great at 6:00am on a Sunday. Thats not in the hotels control though!

The staff was pleasant. The valet parking was convenient. It felt secure

The pounding, squealing, and tapping noises were annoying. The state of unfinished remodeling was disappointing, as we are remodeling at our house.

It was a nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Good area to go to everything in downtown Dallas

Staff didnt come in my room to take out the trash, replace towels or turn down my bed. Also the sink had a slow drain- clogged.

The staff definitely went above and beyond to be polite and helpful. You could tell the hostel had a script that they wanted the staff to follow. The breakfast was awesome with a good variety to choose from.

The only parking option is valet and it was 36 dollars extra and we were not aware of it until we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect with the city attractions, but lots of homeless one block away.
