The pool was clean. The location was great. The staff was friendly. The bar on site is very convenient and reasonably priced. We have stayed there several times while traveling to go on a cruise. The value is great but this time, the room wasn't as expected.
The bed linens were smelly, the room smelled of urine and mold. The rooms needed some deep cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable & the pillows were bad.

The first room we had was the most filthy run down room I have ever stayed in. They were unable to move us the first night but we did get a room that was better than the first the rest of the stay. Also the whole hotel was without water c couple of times during our stay.

The pool and we always like talking with Dave at the bar although we don't drink. The bar food is great!
The water was horrible. Room was small. Just needed 1 bed. The mattress on bed closest to kitchen sank in the middle. Had to get our own towels, take out our own trash. No extra trash bags. Nothing to wash dirty dishes. Need extra blankets. No hair dryer. We werextold no dogs allowed but kept hearing a dog bark all night. Saw 2 dogs staying there and out by pool.

The hotel facilities are great and kept up very nicely. Staff is friendly. The location of the room is really good with a nice beach view overlooking the pool area.
Our room, 525 specifically, was in very poor condition. There were a lot of things in the room broken and a big heavy mirror above the hard uncomfortable couch fell on me while I was sitting on the couch working on my laptop. Stove was dirty, toaster was dirty. Something was leaking on the floor from the kitchen area to the hallway. The blinds were broken and unable to open. There wasn’t a broom, paper towels, or any sort of things to clean up the room or sweep the floors. The shower was gross and did not look clean. The beds were somewhat comfortable but extremely old mattresses and not enough bedding. This room needs repairs and updates. Tried to upload photos but they are not uploading.

The location was absolutely perfect!
The room had so many safety hazards that concerned us with our small children. The cupboard with the mirror was only hanging on by the top hing. My daughter went to open it, and it slung out at her because the middle and lower hinge was broke. Then my 11 year old son almost got locked outside on the balcony, because the handle to the sliding glass door broke loose. He had to wait for his sister to let him in. And to top it all off, we had to have staff let us into room if no one was inside because the key pad quit working.

Coffee, you have a huge lobby but no complimentary coffee. Getting up in the morning to coffee is a must for me. Unfortunately this is something that’s overlooked. I will definitely stay again but won’t be happy knowing that I have to search down the street for coffee in the morning

The pool area stayed open pretty late
Property was kinda run down and in a state of disrepair the room, they stuck me in, was basically a maintenance closet that they turned into a room to maximize profits. There was no emergency exit so if the neighbor’s room would’ve caught on fire, I would’ve died and had no way to get out my curtains on my window were see-through on the third floor facing the pool walked out of my shower had my sister called me and told me that she could see me naked so there’s no telling how many other people saw me very embarrassing and upon telling hotel management at first he tried to tell me I was lying. Then when I showed him the pictures the only thing they done for me was give me the first night in that room for free and then they moved me for a to a different room that I had to pay for always smelled like urine. Just a bad experience door did not lock.

Refrigerator all rusted up. Our door scanner broke, so we had to go the front lobby everytime , to have someone open our door for us. Also restaurant was closed down.
