The remodel of this hotel was exceptional it was so modern and very cool and athstetically pleasing

Found some hair in the bed that wasn’t mine. I didn’t like that there was a half glass shower door and I couldn’t close the shower fully

Good value for the downtown area. Very comfortable beds, nice staff.

The elevators are slow and not conveniently located. The floors have rugs over concrete, making the floors very cold.

This place is as private and as social as you want. Lot's of different spaces such as bar and patio, but you can also go straight to your room which is fairly big and silent. Lots of parking and close to a few good restaurants.

The location is walkable to Corktown restaurants and bars.

The room I stayed in, 229, had bedbugs. I showed the staff the bites, and they moved me to a different room. Since then, they've been unresponsive to emails and phone calls about their process for addressing the bed bug infestation and for issuing a refund.

Great location, nice staff, easy parking, cute decor.

No hooks in the bathroom for towels, no hot water in the room, only outlets on one side of the bed. They got distracted by the cutesy design and forgot some basic functional hotel comforts.
