The location was great, right off of 95 and not too far from the airport. Breakfast was great.

Some things in the room could have been cleaned better.

Honestly, nothing. We couldn’t enjoy anything because the room was in such an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. It was extremely disappointing and we have never experienced anything like this before.

We booked a room at 1:00 AM and stayed only until 8:00 AM because we had an early flight. Even for such a short stay, what we found was completely unacceptable. The level of hygiene was shocking. There were human hairs everywhere — on the shampoo and conditioner bottles, on the bathroom walls, inside the sheets, on the pillows, and all over the bed. It was disgusting and extremely unhygienic. This is not just poor cleaning; it feels like a serious violation of basic health standards. For a hotel of this level, this condition is simply inexcusable.

25 minutes from port Everglades, comfortable beds, clean rooms and the sweetest staff I’ve met. Great value for your $$$ and will stay here again if we cruise out of Fort Lauderdale in the future.

Very Clean and room was pretty spacious considering the age of the property.

Breakfast area was very tiny and food was not that great compared to other Hampton inn properties. Elevators are in desperate need of modernization. If you keep driving on cypress creek road past the hotel you hit a very flakey area within 2 to 3 intersections.

The location was good, staff was pleasant, and welcoming.

The room was not completely clean (blanket was dirty), tub did not appear clean, and certain surfaces was dirty as I cleaned them with my own Clorox wipes.

It was truly awful. Terrible location, super sketchy and not safe. My room stank of mold so bad so they me to another room then that one stank of dog. The hotel was filthy and in very rough shape. Needs either knocking down or a total Reno.

The experience was amazing, the rooms are luxurious and the Hospital is Great! And my name on The Television was insane, I loved that and your Jacuzzi is Marvelous

I never received my 50 dollar deposit back on my Debit Card. They said my Bank had it in the Vault , soni called my Bank and they claimed is reappeared back in my account and I never seen it. I Bank With Chime I normally when I get my deposits back it shows up, so I'm confused and disappointed that's why I never went back. I paid almost 200 for the room and never received my deposit back, that's why I book other places that allow Cash deposits and I get it back next day! I love your Hotel but I don't want to lose money like that.
