I got there and the parking lot was flooded. There were about 10 to 15 guys just hanging outside of their cars, smoking weed, drinking, and playing obnoxiously loud music. I could barely rest. I felt unsafe to the point that I checked out 3 hours afterward. Kids were running up and down the hallways. Not a place I feel should even be on Booking. This is the 1st bad experience I have had and hope to never have it again.

The tall black front desk lady with the multi colored locs were extremely aggressive loud and obnoxious. She accused me of having gotten an upgraded room when she said I wasn’t supposed to get a first floor room to begin with. She forced me to change my booking and said if I didn’t do so I would have to leave even though I already booked an extension, she came knocking on my door at 9pm after my daughter, myself and my husband were already in bed, she told my husband that he wasn’t scaring nobody when he asked who was at the door. Security barged into our room at 2am in the morning for no apparent reason.

The loud neighbors and their screaming kids the fights between neighbors, other guests checking in playing horribly loud music in their vehicles, the unpleasant weed smoke I could smell through the vents.

I peeped all the reviews that were left prior to me making the reservation, and in spite of all the bad reviews I saw, seeing as how I was already familiar with this property, I decided to go ahead and give it another chance because you can't base your booking decisions solely on other reviews, not to mention that some of those people who leave bad reviews are NEVER satisfied with anything.
So, this is my review:
The staff was extremely attentive and very courteous every time I went down to the front desk for something, which was only twice, with one of those times being a maintenance issue. After I reported the issue, the lady notified the maintenance guy expeditiously, and he was as prompt as he could be, which was exactly within 5-10 minutes. Had he not been busy elsewhere in the facility at the time he was called, he would've been there sooner. Also, the members of the staff that I did encounter were very nice and as personable as I am, and I happened to make a new friend in the process. (Hey, Viva!!
Ok, now for the only thing I didn't like, and it was obvious throughout the reviews: The roaches. Granted, a business can only fumigate so much to control/get rid of the problem and that they can't control other people's nastiness, realistically, it's still a problem, whether you have one or a handful. I know other folks said the same thing, but, again, I can't base my booking decisions solely on other reviews. So, I found out for myself that these people were right. However, I still don't regret my decision to book a reservation here, and I will do it again should the fumigation and the cleanliness of the rooms be a lil more frequent. Aside from this one minor inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay overall.

Dead bugs (roaches and other flying things) and a dead lizard in room. DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY! Appears as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Guests seem like they were long term guests; they were playing loud music and smoking marijuana in the parking lot till sunrise. I honestly believe that the parking lot was the meeting location for drug sales; cars and people came and went all night. Very scary and dangerous looking people! I was afraid for my vehicle, myself and for my family but having been exhausted from driving for hours and arriving very late at night, I had no other options. Also, the staff was RUDE and ghetto!! Stay far away from this dump! I wish I could give a ZERO RATING!T

Literally everything needs to be better. They had roaches. They had prostitution in the parking lot. Loud music until 4am. The ac doesn’t work. The smell is awful from the people living there. I like the studio feeling with a full-size refrigerator and cook top. The bed is comfortable but dated. AC is nice and chill like it should be.
There was no parking available for check-in. Most of the tv channels were not working. The wifi signal was spotty at best. The bed is a bit dated.

Not much to say apart from friendly staff! There wasn't anything else I enjoyed during this stay.
It was loud and unclean. Very poor quality everything. I wouldn't recommend it.
