It was very quiet...close to the highway
1) Had some plumbing issues (toilet and face sink was clogged after housekeeping cleaned on 2 different days)
2) The buffet breakfast lacked variety and options for veggie persons
3) Carpark at nights was full and the back carpark lacked secuirty (felt unsafe)
4) No bellman
5) Did not get the room I booked with a view of the marina

Location was out of walking distance to restaurants, bars, and convenience/liquor store. Did not offer free continental breakfast. Should offer this for the price we paid.

The staff was very nice. Always checking to see if you needed anything. When we went to dinner at the dock my husband couldn't walk back up to the room and we got golf cart service back to the front desk. It was such a blessing

Had lunch, dinner, and breakfast there and all were very good and reasonably priced. Hotel was just 15 minutes from cruise port.
We were looking for a hotel near the cruiseport and this served the bill. It is however somewhat remotely located so you need a car to venture out. Didn’t like that the shower in the room has a glass wall so you can be seen from inside the bedroom in spite of a the shade that is meant to provide some privacy

The staff were really helpful when the first room they put me in was super noisy - I felt like I was on the freeway. They happily moved me to a quieter location. The room was comfortable.
The hotel is ok, the amenities are tidy, but for the price.... it just didn't hold up! Also my hallway constantly smelt of weed, it was disappointing.

The lobby was nice.
The lobby was nice, however the room was horrible. There was no shade in the room, the sun blasted in. When asked they said they would send someone up never did, the step out to the balcony is a huge tripping hazard, the sheets on the bed where all ripped. The floor was dirty, no real privacy at all. If you’re staying with a friend hope you don’t mind seeing all of them. The door to the showers and toilet area slid open fast and if not really noticed would slam and bounce back. There was tinsel up on the pics on the wall. The room was not cleaned all that well. The soap dish area in the room was falling off the wall.

The facility was great! Clean, modern, up to date on amenities. Offers a full restaurant on site so there's really no need to leave the site if you don't want to. We booked this hotel for it's location to the cruise port. LOVED that the hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise port. There was a fee associated with it but that was to be expected....it's what I call a " sanity fee"
There wasn't a thing that I didn't like! My husband and I usually find something to complain about as we travel alot and stay in alot of different hotels, however there really wasn't a thing that I would complain or nit pick about.

Room was ample, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is an easy location to get to and the close to the airport. For the right price, it's worth the stay.
The water pressure was absolutely lousy. Very, very weak. And the window shade was ripped and torn with a makeshift knot on the plastic pull to limit how low it could go. It stopped about a foot above the floor. My room faced a parking lot and was low enough to be see inside so there was a lack of total privacy while I slept. I would stay there again simply because it was convenient, clean and quiet. But the price I paid was a little high for the accommodations. And the price I was quoted was ultimately not what I paid.

The blinds in the room for the big balconies are raggedy. They are very tow up from the sun or just people pulling on them. The light in the shower didn’t work sometimes it came on sometimes it didn’t mini refrigerator. Didn’t get cold when you got off the elevator had a smell maybe because they shampoo the carpet maybe something waste I don’t know. I just had a funny
I wouldn’t go back there again. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone, especially for the price that you pay. You would think it would be a better quality.

NOTHING, I did not eat the breakfast. I was told the night before that bread is served from 6am-10am. I went down for breakfast around 8:10 only to be told breakfast would not be served due to the Chef not having correct time to serve.
The sheets on the bed were dirty and I had to request a different room. I have stayed here several times and this was the worst experience ever!
