The view from our balconies were AMAZING!!! We tried to sit out there as much as possible. It was a long walk from the resort to the ocean, but so worth it, beautiful, soft sand and clear and clean water. The pool was also a nice little break for the kids.

We loved the room! It was so spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Very quiet and family friendly. The pool and hot tub were super nice. The beach access was perfect. The water was so nice and calm. We loved the resort so much that we are definitely coming back for our next beach vacation.
We honestly could not find anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect. The room had everything we could possibly need. No complaints at all!

It was a beachfront property. They did have beach towels available.
The room we were put in was directly over the garbage below do we couldn't sit on the patio area because it smelled like you were sitting in a garbage dumpster. Noisy room listening to trash coming down the garbage chute and the A/C was a bit loud in the room (actually thought a car alarm was going off outside when we heard it). Advertised as partial gulf view and we only had about a 1-2 foot area where we could actually see the beach at all from the stinky patio area. Lots of flies outside our door due to uncleanliness of the trash chute areas. Just overall disappointed with the stay. When we called the office about not being able to use the patio area due to the stinch, we were offered to move to another room for an additional $40/day. I didn't agree to this because the garbage smell wasn't my fault. I then got a message to call the office back but they were closed when we got back to the room. We were put in Room 203 - my guess is as long as you are 4 or 5 floors up, maybe the patio won't stink?! If you are looking for a beach area that has plenty of entertainment within walking distance - this isn't it.

I am a repeat guest at this hotel and love the location, the pool and the friendly front desk staff.
Condo was not good. Needed a deep cleaning. There was mold in kitchen sink on spray nozzle and drain plugs, small nat bugs in the master bath, light switches, outlets and floorboards throughout were dirty as was washer. Dryer required repair upon arrival

The view was very good, loved the screened balconies. The bed and sofas were clean and comfortable. The mattress was just right. Used washer and dryer, worked sufficiently.
There was a concerning odor from the air conditioning vents that persisted the whole stay. Very musty and moldy smelling. I’m allergic to mold. There was noise from construction on unit above from morning to late afternoon. Worker said they were refinishing balconies surfaces. Drilling and scrapping. Called front desk twice with questions but there was no answer either time.

Great place, we had an awesome time. Apartments are very nice. Everything is renewed after the hurricane. They got hit twice. Everything was under water up to the second floor. They rebuilt everything. Let's support them. They have wonderful crew of people working there. Everyone is super nice.
The only thing not ready yet is a pool but this didn't rally bother us. It should be ready by August. We will definitely go back there.

We ended up staying at their sister resort Gull Wing Resort right next-door. Because they still had not had their pool ready over the storms. All in all though this resort step was amazing. The room was beautiful and it was very clean. As for Gull Wing next-door. It was also absolutely beautiful. My view was amazing. My room was stunning. The pool was great and the staff was amazing.
I had to say anything of what I didn’t like about the resort would be that it didn’t have a lazy river. I love lazy Rivers when I go to the ocean.

This property had a great view of the ocean. We loved finding shells on the beach, so many shells! It was close to some great restaurants and not too far from shopping malls. The sunsets in this beach were out of this world.

False advertisement in regards to size of the apartment, no gym, no tennis court. Beach umbrella and chairs are 30$ per day. Front desk is unable to cope with customers pointing out their false advertising here. In fact they made false statements regarding the responsibility and did not offer any compensation. Just pointing to mangers and even laughing about my complaints. Most unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour I have ever experienced here.

The beach was beautiful and the staff was so friendly! Everything was consistently getting better over the course of our stay. Our room was very comfortable and spacious!
The resort still had a fair bit of construction. The mosquitos were some of the most aggressive and violent I've ever experienced in my life.
As for the construction: things were rapidly getting finished, so I suspect that if we returned in a few weeks, it wouldn't have been noticeable. As for the mosquitos: they were actively working to resolve the problem.

We weren’t prepared for the rebuilding noise. The lobby was very sparsely decorated & cold. Coffee was available during the day but there was no place to grab a snack or necessities. This was fine, if we had been told in advance!

Beautiful beachfront property with wonderful wraparound screened porches overlooking the Gulf. The rooms are spacious with good quality furnishings. The bathrooms are large and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal. Washer and dryer in the apartment is a great bonus. Lovely and well-maintained hot tub, pool and tennis area. Bikes are available as a courtesy rental. Friendly and helpful staff.
The hot tub and pool area closed at dusk which was unfortunate as it's a great place to settle down during cool evening
