The breakfast was good, but they ran out of certain items half way through breakfast hours. Great location for sites and convenience.
Pets could be heard barking throughout the stay. Didn't car for the parking fee when having to park outside. The pool wasn't unusable, but adjacent hotels were utilized by their patrons.

Nothing. It was a bad experience and full of lies.
Being charged extra, having to pay for parking at the hotel, the fridge didnt work, and the beds was not comfy. Overall the hotel was not worth it. If you see where someone has a kid staying, the least you could do is make sure they have a damn bathtub!

The bed was amazing, the bathroom was great with my walker and all. The staff was gorgeous, with there smile everywhere, welll almost every where..lol Breakfast was simpley enjoyable, variety in every direction. Make your own waffle to cereal, yogurt fruit, eggs, bacon, bangle with cream cheese and a little jelly....Yummy. see y'all in the funny papers...
No bar, no pool, no restaurant, NO ISSUES . More staff at front desk. No ramp to walk down to get to the beach.

Bed was fine
I was there on Saturday and have never been charged a Pet Fee for my 5lb dog. All of the sudden you want to charge me a 75.00 fee. I will no longer stay at your property. I chose Pet friendly hotels and yours always pops up and never mentions that there is a fee for this service. I will be leaving reviews about this and recommend that no one should stay there especially if they have pets. I am very unhappy about this service that I received after being a loyal customer.

The bed was very soft and felt like a cloud
The shower floor was brown... looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in ages. The AC thermostat was not legible, so we had to guess the temperature. The elevator was sketch with the noises and vibrations.

Parking was $15.00 extra and they advertise as pet friendly and charge an extra $75.00 pet fee when you arrive. I paid almost double the cost of the one night room when parking and pet fee were added.

"Parking Garage" was a joke. There were only a handful of spots to park. Additional parking was available in the back of the building, but it did not feel secure and looked run down.

Nice room and great location! Right next to Walmart and across from the beach. For the most part the full hot breakfast was great!
It's pointless to upgrade and get a balcony room if you want to see the beach. Balcony rooms face the Walmart parking lot, so you'll get a good view of that! For Breakfast, the eggs were over cooked and tasted like rubber.

Pictures of outside of building were very misleading. Room with a Terrace? What overlooking the Walmart Parking lot! Parking was in adacut and dirty. Room had old furniture that needs replacing. We would not stay there again. The terrace door would not lock.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent, Jamyo and Hannah were terrific. Loved the balcony.
Shower was bad. (The water was not strong enough when having a cool shower.) The hot tub didn't work well. The mattress kept sliding to the side of the bed. The TV Chanel kept going in and out. Ice maker did not work on the 5th floor. Don't think we should have to pay $10 a day for parking.

The breakfast and being across from the beach and Walmart across the street. The best shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, lotion, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were kind and offered a welcome bag with water.
It is under construction and there is not a pool.

Tons of hidden fees. Its ridiculous to charge parking fee if a lot of folks are parking there that arent guests then have the paper on the dash and have the tow get the vehicles that doesnt have it. Have the unauthorized parking pay for the fees not us. Of course Im going to need parking how else did I get there from out of town.
Also the hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but has you pay $75 thats outrageous to charge. A few dollars fine but $75? That shows your idiots and dont want return guests. I wont ever come back to this particular hotel. With the hidden fees, cable going off and on with the signal I rather pay more somewhere else that at least tells me up front exactly what Im paying instead of reserving and finding out then trapping me.

I had previously asked via email about my dog and the fees and was told there would be no fee; yet when I arrived i was charged $75 for my dog and then $10 for parking. I should the guy the email I received indicating this & was told by him that since the person who sent me the email did not write a complete sentence, he could not honor the email. That is a bunch of crap to be honest. For some reason, that man did not appear to know what he was doing as he was checking me in under the wrong reservation as well. Hannah was polite and welcoming, but that other guy left me with a bad experience especially saying that it wasn't his fault that the person didn't write a complete sentence...

The elevator from the basement parking was nice. Beware the overnight parking fee of $10 per night!
I wasn't aware that there was construction going on when I made the reservations so I was unfortunately subjected to the sound of a jackhammer removing the flooring around the pool, easily the most disrupting part of my stay. Also, the smell of the room smelled like "old-people".

Overall the property was clean and the room was kept up. The location was nice and close to shopping if necessary and plenty of locations to dine within walking distance.
The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was in need of replacement. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to remove steam from showering. The doors to the lanai needed to be re-aligned to close properly. The outside traffic noise was very loud with the doors and windows closed.

The room was great, I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and it was my first time here. I would like to start staying here instead of where I normally stay (Galveston Beach Hotel). I think I overlook this one because its pricier.
I don't have any complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe next time we will stay longer and have a better review to give. For the 1 night stay we have ZERO complaints. Thank you.

I liked that I was able to check in before 4pm
I didnt like the rude front desk clerk. I had called before arriving to the hotel to ask if I could check in then and was told yes. When I arrived i was told I couldnt check in. Nonetheless I was able to get into my room before 4pm. Just too much shenanigans. I was really unhappy about the ring apparatus looking device next to the door/bathroom of my room. When I asked the fro desk I was told it is a sensor for the ac unit, or the balcony - didnt make sense since we didnt have a balcony. She said maybe it was for the ADA room, but it wasnt. The device was extremely creepy and made my daughter and I a bit uneasy.

Well located but not as close to sea as anticipated. Efficient check-in. Room ok with modernised bathroom. Helpful staff. Great for shopping at Walmart across the road.
The breakfast room is not inviting. Chairs & tables are all over the place, it looks like everyone scrambled for a fire alarm. Also tables were not cleaned between users. A greater effort to promote local attractions would be appreciated.
