The breakfast was so good! There was so much variety, and everything was delicious. The staff helping with breakfast was also very friendly and patient with my 7 year old son. Also the front desk staff was also very friendly and always willing to quickly give us extra towels or anything we asked for. Robert, the front desk clerk was especially kind, helpful, and friendly. I also loved being right across the street from the ocean.

We were fishing on Jimmy's Pier and thought it would be fun to stay in a hotel nearby and I was able to book a room last minute at this hotel which is literally right across the street from the Pier. After fishing until 2am we were so happy they had very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was extremely accommodating and upon request I was able to get a brush, razor and extra blankets. This hotel was great!

Location on the waterfront was top notch. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Bed was comfortable and clean. Overall the room was quiet.
Main hallways had a metallic/oil smell. Elevator seemed sketchy and made a lot of noise. Our room had mold in various places in bathroom. Tile floor in bathroom had a lot of wear and missing grout in spots. Water was not very hot in shower. Building and rooms can use some maintenance and updating.

Rooms were clean the evening front desk guy was very helpful and took the time to personally fix the tv but when I called about the wifi not working no one seemed to want to take of the problem. She gave a number to call for assistance which I felt like the hotel should have taken care of it

The lady at the front desk was very customer friendly.
We did not have hot water!! We should have been notified before we came. We drove from Humble TX for our Anniversary. We were very disappointed and upset. I wanted to see the sunset over the sea from my balcony! Not pleased at all!!! Also the ice machine in the 3rd floor did not work you had to go to the 1st floor to get ice. Gas is too high for a blank trip!!

The pool and hot tub were closed. I called to make sure it was open before we booked and they said yes it would be open. Should have stayed at the Best Western Right next door they had a pool that was open!! Cold water when taking a shower no hot water!!

Add issues with two different rooms. The first room there was a cost of beeping that had to do with some kind of fire alarm so they moved us to another room after we had already settled in and then the next room didn’t have any hot water in the evening. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. So very disappointed.
