*No housekeeping (attendants came around to pick up garbage only). *Pool area not clean- debris all over (plenty of attendants to at least assign someone to sweep pool area). *Extremely strict on pool hours, yet not so on folks vaping inside the pool (office staff had video and audio cameras-why not act?).

I appreciated how clean the room was.

I didnt like the lack of ceiling fan in the bathroom. No bathroom counter space. Had an awkward futon in the room and called it a couch. You have no control over the room temperature. They rented to a group of young people that stayed right below me. The biggest issue was not having a remote for the tv after requesting one and waiting until the next day to get it.

Paper made walls (even whisper was loud in other rooms), huge noise from street, pool, completely no noise isolation. Internet was unstable and extrely slow. Rooms was so strange designed that we can't find any comfortable place to store our thing - for example - charging latops and phones next to sink in kitchen? Why not? Accidentaly turing on light by head during sleep in the middle of the night? Good idea. And sleeping with head in window... Anyway locations is not everything.

They charge 250 in case of accidents or breaking their rules and people left and right were breaking all their rules by pool food and drinks and staying out w loud music passes midnight instead of 8PM or speaking loud in their rooms passed 250Am. NO STAFF To BE Found. Bed very hard and squeaky. Shower goes from hot to cold and TV cable is bad. no wrist bands to see who are guest and parking fee of 22 is a joke pp parked there and no staff enforced. Gate opened.

The proximity to the beach is brilliant... literally steps away from the wonderful Hollywood beach broadwalk. it's almost front line. We had a room overlooking the pool (Room 208) with a large communal terrace just outside. The room, while small, was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were excellent (especially the guys in the Tiki Bar) ... thanks guys. I have no idea why it was so inexpensive, but I'm not complaining. We really enjoyed our stay and will look for it next time we visit Hollywood beach.

A block from Hollywood Beach and very close to restaurants and souvenir shops. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Room is small but very nice and clean- bathroom is very nice. Hotel/Inn provides bath towels, soap, shampoo and small kitchenette with fridge and everything you need for cooking/eating. Pool is small but clean,nice and outdoor bathroom.
