Staff always nice, professional, and accommodating. Our room was clean and I appreciated the peace while in the room. Pool was always clean and looked inviting.
The AC was not working too well in the beginning, the bathroom sink had water damage and needs repairing, the TV remote would not let you change it while in the bed.

The front desk ladies was very nice.
This hotel does not return your deposits. They owe me 200.00 and no one will message you back. I just canceled my stay because of this. The rooms are so so but wat u expect for a cheap price. I usually don't leave reviews but when it's my money is concerned we have a problem!!!

I liked that there was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, also that the room was clean. It was in walking distance to some food places and it was quiet, although persons were around.
The shuttle service was not available and when I called the office a few times, no one answered. Also the credit card machine was outdated and it declined my card twice (it worked everywhere else) I ended having to pay the everything in cash, along with $100 security deposit that was never mentioned in the fine prints on Booking's site, I brought this to the ladies attention at the motel and I advised her that it was deceptive, because a customer needs to be aware of what their charges are before they stay at a motel/hotel. Another thing was that the bathroom was a bit small and cramped.

The experience was very bad, our flight was delayed and we arrived late, we lost the shuttle from the hotel, when we arrived in Uber a totally inept employee took care of us, she took an hour to give us the room, an 80-year-old senior was with my father, for more I asked her to speed up because he was tired, she only apologized but did nothing, the same slow check out, he did not give me my invoice, and I asked her to give it to me and he said that the hotel does not issue an invoice, very bad service In addition to the fact that the room smelled very bad

Despite requesting a non smoking room there were none availabe, got the reply back two days after I returned from my trip. Room was very dark as only window looked into the outdoor hallway.

They should have some shampoo and conditioner in the washroom. They only have two pieces of soap, nothing else.

The beds did appear to be clean and were not uncomfortable, the only bright spot in the room.
Hands down the filthiest room I have ever had the displeasure to stay in. The mold on the shower floor was so thick we declined the opportunity to use it. The walls, and particularly the light switches have not been wiped down in years. After having worn shoes and socks all day and removing them just before going to bed, we were horrified to notice that after walking on the vinyl floor for only a few minutes our feet were black! The hotel offers an airport shuttle that took 3 phone calls over an hour and a half to finally be picked up. Seriously, skip this one. There has to be something better out there for the price.

Location! It's right across the street from a descent restaurant and there's a CVS pharmacy just a block over. Staff was very nice and room although badly in need of upgrades was quiet, mostly clean and comfortable.
Room was worn and old feeling. Needs paint and new furnishings. No Coffee pot. Microwave that worked. TV programming slow to respond to remote.

This motel is terrifying. One car had its wheels taken while in the parking lot. The outside is far more ran down than this. There were cookers and people strung out walking up and down the street and another individual manhandling aggressively. I took the loss and left the property as I didn't feel safe. When asking for a refund I gave up because the employee couldn't speak or understand English very well if at all.
