Was clean, beds were comfortable.
was a $50 a night cheap motel, not $197.00 hotel! had to cross a street and through a garbage area to get to the room. Closet door was missing the handle to open it. Kitchen unit with coffee pot, if you wanted coffee you had to go to the office.

The location is unbeatable.
Upon check in our room was advertised to have a beach view. Our room did not. When we first walked in the room you were hit with the smell of cigarettes and weed that took over the entire hotel room. Fortunately we were able to switch rooms but then we go and find out the room had roaches! Finally the rooms doors were disgusting with stains covering them (easily could whip it off but house cleaning does not) and mold where the ac vent is. Thankfully we only had to stay two nights and strictly used the room for sleep.

It was good. Not too far from our room. Mostly wanted to be near the beach and have a pool which we did. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance

I love that the property was steps away from the ocean.
They did not give me the room I had selected from booking.com, the room was dirty, the door knobs were falling apart, the walls were dirty; we had a coffee maker with no coffee or cups available, you had cabinets with no utensils or cups for their guest who pay ALOT of money for such a run down hotel that is in such a beautiful location. They need to learn to service their customers and maintain their facility by keeping up with maintenance. I was very disappointed.

Location was great for the beach and the boardwalk. Many restaurants to choose from if it's not raining, if it's a Sunday night however and it rains much of the boardwalk shuts down including the restaurants, but there is 1 or 2 open you just have to walk to find them. Boardwalk goes for 2.2 miles. You can also store your luggage at hotel until check in time.
On booking.com it says they have an airport shuttle they do not. It would be nice in the shower if there was some kind of shelve or one of those racks that hang over the shower head to put your shampoo/shower gel, razor etc. on. Breakfast is very continental, fruit, orange tang, cereal, bagels, and hard boil eggs. I don't know where people would sit if it was raining or how that works because the room you get breakfast in is very small and you eat in an open courtyard.

It was really convenient and literally so close to the beach,Hollywood police always made there presence felt throughout the beach, back to the hotel. The property was clean and well maintained. Check in was a little disorganized i have to say and I'll leave at that.The breakfast was suitable (continental) .Overall the stay was great and definitely would stay there again.
Minor details,the check in process should be more organized especially when it gets really busy.The bathroom window should have a curtain for privacy and too much light coming through at night.Other than that there wasn't too much that I didn't like about the place.But I will say checking out the individual (older lady) that was working the front desk was not very pleasant and had horrible demeanor about her ,body language nor a fake smile lol.

I liked the location, it was very close to the boardwalk. The staff were friendly.
They did not have my room available even though I was there hours earlier to let them know I would come back to check in on time. They gave me 2 options of inferior rooms, I paid extra for beachfront. The closest to the boardwalk was too small for my group, I had to take the bigger one further from the beach. The floors were sandy, the room was outdated didn't even have central air. But, they gave me a late checkout for my troubles.

I stayed in room 205 and it had a very strong odor almost mildew in the closet I tried calling the front desk but no answer it was a short stay so I didnt ask to change rooms but I should have my clothes and bag have the smell this hotel needs to check to see what is cause that smell

The room was located 2 blocks away from the office. The floor in our room was filthy. There appeared to be homeless people staying on the facility who sat on chairs outside in distress.

Location, closeness to beach and cafes. Pool clean. TV in bedroom and lounge room. Breakfast OK, enough variety and the breakfast area could be so nice, again shabby. Bed comfy enough, (pillows ridiculously uncomfortable and we were jet-lagged having come from Australia). A good night's sleep is everything. Good to have kitchenette, but the cupboards were less than desirable.
Our room was so run down, maintenance not addressed. To fix a bad situation at sometime it was all painted over in white ( bathroom tiles as well), to freshen it up, but no underlying problems fixed. Paint peeling off in shower recess, doors on wardrobe falling off, area in robe around safe was really pretty unsightly. When we first arrived I really did wonder why "Bookings" listed it to sell. Considered leaving after first night, but they had our money. Staff at check-in so indifferent, didn't offer up box of crockery and cutlery at the time which is there for the offering. Everything seemed too difficult for them..

There is 1 hotel office that manages about 23 hotels within a 6-8 block radius. Check in was smooth but the line was very long. Parking is $18 per day, the “free breakfast” is basically a scam.

It was close to the beach
The staff was terribly rude the entire time. There were maybe two out of the entire staff that were pleasant to talk to. The lady that put together the breakfast every morning was very very rude and made me not want to be there. We are there for vacation and to have such a bad experience really ruins it a little bit. There was also a cockroach in our room.

I only like that the beach was close. Not beachfront like it. Says.
No parking ever. People where towed.My room tv never worked I reported it and they never. Fixed it they don’t give you enough pillows and staff doesn’t want to give you more even though we had a sofa bed. Staff also lie about pricing to do a late check out and didn’t wanna honor the price horrible place would never rent there again.
