Pool area and my patio. These areas were not kept clean. Beer bottles laying around. Grounds need raking and cleaned up. Welcome mats were filthy and need to be replaced

It was very close to Publix and lots of shopping. Loved how we could walk to the beach anytime. We got to know several of the families that were staying there at the same time.

The bed needed a new mattress. Other than that it was great.

Location was amazing and the people staying there were great!

The room next to us had 3 balconies, an inroom washer and dryer, and a fold out cot, but was cheaper in price.

The facility was clean and updated! Location was amazing and condo had all necessities in the kitchen, bathroom, Living room and bedroom.

It did not have beach chairs and umbrella. And check out was too early: 10 am versus 11 for most hotels.

Place smelled like cat piss. Horrible. Spent no Time there except to sleep there Had someone from public park in our spot and no one on the sign would come to tow the car. Nor would cops come.

The location was perfect. The unit was clean.

The bed needs to be replaced as well as the couch. I did contact the host about the smoke alarm beeping and that I had to remove the battery. I didn't hear back from them. I hope they took care of it.

The location to the beach is spectacular. The villa was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Mold on shower curtain. Dishwasher was full upon arrival.

Location was great. Right by beach.

Unit 2 had bad stains on couch and couches sunk in, curtains stained, mold on shower handle and upper wall, beds creaked loudly. Coffee maker water reservoir dirty so had to go next door to buy coffee. Dealt with hundreds of tiny bugs for 3 days. Tried to get refund from owner for rest of week so could leave as this just ruined whole vacation!!! He wouldn’t do it. Property manager Bob gave Terro ant killer which took care of bug problem. Owner said would send exterminator and I told him not spraying while we were in there. He sent anyway without telling me. Luckily I was there so they didn’t spray. Will never stay here again! Bob who took care of property was very helpful.
