room size is adequate in size though a bit dated, got the superior room which has microwave and fridge. I like that they have coffee 24 hrs in lobby and it is the fancy one that makes different kinds also they offer water refill station on the floor i'm in just bring your own water bottle. location can't be beat - walking distance to Hobby Cntr, metrorail and bus stop.
noise, you can hear water flushing and noise from adjacent room, and lights keep flickering, not sure if it is electricity issue or just the light bulb itself, also wifi is slow, do not expect to get anything done if you are using hotel's wifi.

Location was excellent! Right in the middle of downtown Houston. I went to Houston to run the Houston marathon, and the hotel was located just 1 block away from the start line
They also have a coffee machine in the lobby, and makes all kind of lattes. This was complimentary for the guesses all day long. Rooms were clean, and they have a kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again.
One of the elevators was out of service, and had to wait a while for the one working elevator.

Just around the corner from pick up point for the space centre. Reception was attentive. Water station just outside our room.
Aircon/ heating unit loud and disrupted my sleep. Toilet cistern running . Running water for shower took a long time to respond and get to tight temperature. Our view was nothing to look at.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly , I believe the front desk agent name was Nancy she was helpful and funny.
The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Having to pay each time we decided to get food or personal items that wasn’t within walking distance was crazy. We were told we would receive a parking pass due to us staying at the room.

Location, location, location! Close to plenty of food and drink places. Metro stop just around the corner. Staff were helpful and friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee machine in the foyer. And free water dispenser and bottles on every floor.
There was a police and fire brigade emergency one night that the staff handled professionally with limited impact to the guest.
Great stay, Would def come again!

Inexpensive end and downtown Houston. Bed was ok, and Nespresso machine.
Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, had staff interrupt me three times in the morning as I was sleeping/working. Two housekeepers and one random construction guy. The air conditioning also made a crazy wailing sound every 20 minutes that was pretty distracting.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel itself. The location is central and well-connected, but there is an issue with parking in local garages out of necessity that can be quite expensive. If you are planning a stay of a number of nights and are driving, be prepared to pay around $30 a day.
