The parking is Vallet parking which is really convenient for quick check in or going into your room. Reception and breakfast room is on the 3rd floor, while the gym & pool is on the 2nd floor.

Had to go to the 4th floor to get ice cubes.

Location was great next to the galleria.

Very rude staff. Both at the check-in counter and the cleaning staff. The mandatory valet parking is annoying. They take their time, and you cannot access your car easily during your stay. Breakfast was really bad. you would expect a proper breakfast at an Hyatt place. No healthy or fresh food items at all. They even advertise their breakfast to be healthy, but it is the opposite.

The location was perfect. Short walk to the Galleria. Plenty of food options close by. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and housekeeping was efficient. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

I have no complaints.

The location was great. We walked to the Galleria mall which was like a 2 min walk. The breakfast had alot of selections and we enjoyed it.

The valet parking was fine but there was only 1 luggage cart to hold pur luggage and the attendant said it was broken and he said we needed to go inside an find another one. We had to go back upstairs to the 3rd floor and the front desk couldn't find one. Not 1carr for the whole hotel. No microwave in our room.

The hotel was fine

The outside noise on Sat night! Gangs or shady-looking crowds revving up muscle car engines and motorcycles outside our window until all hours of the night. A police car was there with lights flashing, but they didn’t seem to do anything about the situation.

I loved the location, Near shopping and food.

The pool area was dangerous with tiles moving, my sister was bitten by something in the room and no microwaves.
