Amazing staff - when I checked in I had a problem with my phone and the man in the reception went above and beyond to help me even using his own phones. The staff exceeded my expectations. Great location - Walmart, takeout restaurants, and shopping mall within a walking distance.

No breakfast room was filthy cigarettes ashes in the ash tray used condom in the on the table urine in the toilet sheet where dirty and stained from the previous occupants towel had been used and folded and put back on the shelf instead of being changed out complained moved us to another room which wasnt to much better so we went an purchased out own cleaning supplies and sheet and Blaket and cleaned the room by the time we finally layed down the front desk comes calling saying it was checkout time cause they charged us a hourly rate instead of for the whole night which when I made the reservation it was for the whole night will not be going back there

The Room Itself Was Nice And Spacious. I Like The Mirror And The Tv Had Good Channels. Nice Suite Space Away From The Bed. Lots Of Outlets To Charge Many Things At Once. The AC Worked Fine , I Love A Cold Room.
The Wi-Fi Wasnt Working , They Dont Have Blankets Jus Thin Sheet For The Bed. Even Tho I Booked Ahead Of Time They Didnt Have My Reservation On File So It Took 20 Min For Me To Prove I Already Paid. My Key Card Stopped Working After Day 1 So I Had To Get That Fixed. The Bathroom Shower Didnt Look Too Trustworthy So I Wore Slippers In The Shower. There Was Also A Punched In Hole In The Bathroom Door. The Lock On The Door Was Also Raggedy So The Housekeeping Did Bust In Unexpectedly One Morning.

i didnt like that there was no iron or ironing board. the bed sheets and towels looked dirty. also the owner/ manager whoever he was, was rude. They need to work on better customer service. i know the room I booked was a non smoking room, I booked it non smoking. we get to the hotel to check in and my partner gets off to smoke a cig outside the manger/owner instantly started yelling at us for smoking a cig outside no where near any rooms. He constantly stalked us the whole stay which is weird. when we checked out I made sure to have a walk thru with him of the room because I didnt want him to say the room smelled like smoke when we didnt smoke inside at all. we were gone all day and all night for an event. overall super frustrating and weird. never again. also there were cigarette butts every where, from other people

Fridge, microwave in the room, very spacious with a love seat and 2 TV's. The water was extremely hot which I loved! Filled the jacuzzi several times during my stay and it was always hot with good pressure. Very comfortable stay.
The bed was too firm for my liking but was clean and comfy otherwise.

There was a condom rapper left in one of the bins (thank god the actual condom was nowhere to be found) everything seemed perfectly clean apart from this but this was a bit unsettling.
No coffee/ kettle provided in the room.
Would be great if there was a lamp included for a warm light, the lights were quite harsh and some did not work.

The best part was its location.
The main thing I didn't like was the Black mold that was on the ceiling of the shower. Also the hot water was Luke warm at best. The shower curtains did not contain the water and it got all Over the floors. The blankets were thin and not very comfortable.

The location was convenient and the place was very clean! The exterior made us a little scared of what our room would look like since the place looks like a remodeled Motel 6 but we were pleasantly surprised at our room which had updated and chic interior space as well as a mini fridge and microwave for us.
The ONLY thing I would suggest for this place is to have heavier shower curtains or change the shower heads. The bottom of the curtain was pushed out by the water pressure, so while I was waiting for the water to heat up, a small puddle formed. Nothing difficult to clean up but a little annoying

The door unlocks and opens if you pull down on it. There's not another way to secure the door. So it was stressful keeping a toddler from running out of the room.
