The man was nice who checked me in , they refunded the rooms due to roach problem I think mainly due to them leaving the air completely off.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE floor ,ceilings , behind mirrors . We had two rooms plus another family came in down the hall and it was the same in their room we were on the 3rd floor . After inspecting room we called and it was another worker down stairs , she lied and said she had no extra rooms to switch us , so we asked for a refund & then she tried to offer a room?

The spacious room is quite large to be like an apartment. It has a sofa, a microwave and a fridge. Not so many decorations but it is good for me.

The room had a strange smell when I entered it. And there was leftover urine in the toilet. This is insane! The hotel is at a corner of two busy highways so it is noisy when traffic is busy.

The night shift lady.

Well I was pretty much harassed after the taxes were no longer going to be billed. Chris the day time clerk harassed me til no end. The second week I was there he entered my room asking me what that smell was, and that "it smelled bad" in front of my son. A month and a half later asked me for "pet fees" because apparently I did not tell him about my cat. For breakfast he watched me like a Chicken Hawk, mind you that my wife does not eat breakfast. I had a guest in a King suite with a sleeper sofa; he "Chris" immediately asked me for extra monies daily for her visit. I received one roll of toilet paper a day, and believe you me; it had to last. The receptionist "Chris" called Booking.com and notified them that I had violated their policy, and owed them "pet fees". Two months in, and I had to leave; he locked us out of our room on several occasions, and yes we paid upfront for two weeks at a time. This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had. I asked for Corporate, and he refused to give me any contact information. I don't advise any family to go here as a Temporary housing option.

The man who works in office with glasses treated me very very rudely I came in from work and fix me some breakfast and my first plate had eggs and meat my second plate was the waffles he told me that I wasn't allowed to make two waffles and take to my room I just got off of work I work a shift of 10:00 to 6:00 in the morning I am tired I don't even feel like eating breakfast I just take the breakfast to my room put it in the microwave and get ready for bed get up want the food up and stay in my room and don't bother nobody and I paid for the room for a whole week but yet he picked the argument with me over breakfast how crazy is that I will never come back there because of his action I felt bad and embarrassed.

Didn't like that a Breakfast was advertised but every morning when we went downstairs the only thing that was avaliable was two different types of cereal,(fruit loops were stale both mornings) and a waffle machine that didn't work properly. (Manager was bothered when brought to his attention). Staff was rude and very imparient. Bed sheets were stained and ripped. When front desk was asked to replace sheets they refused and said that they didn't have any extra. We were also refused extra towels when asked. Were told that we had to bring our wet ones down to the front desk before we could recieve more. Overall was a bad experience and not worth the price of booking. We will not be staying here again and definitely would not recommend others to stay. Was very disappointed with our entire stay.

The location of this hotel was great, you have Starbucks like 20 feet away. Especially since the coffee wasn’t so great in the hotel, I was glad to be able to get it right away.

Unfortunately, toilet did not work very well in our room, and housekeeping never went in to clean up. Not even to take out the trash or restock on toilet paper. The first room we got ended up smelling like smoke, but they kindly changed us to another room, but that was the room with toilet that didn’t work well. They also hardly had anything for breakfast, and the coffee was really watered down.

The lobby was beautiful that’s about IT! Our room had roaches, when addressed staff was rude about it, had no solutions. We asked for linen changes she gave a fitted sheet! Continental breakfast wow, milk was spoiled from sitting out all morning, OJ was warm, and the waffle batter was so bad it wouldnt eveb produce a waffle in the maker. This place needs to do better and fast!

It had roaches, looked like a bad leak had happened in the room and the furniture looked like it came out a alley! Just horrible! The video of the roaches I took wont upload but THEY WERE THERE!

My stay was short so I was only there for one day. If I have to come back I would stay there again for the price and they honored my Military discount. I love the fact that it was close walking distance to a Seafood restaurant and Starbucks was right in front of the hotel.

The place was well located, affordable and clean.

Room Smelt like wet towels left in a bag . They don't ar condition the hallways . It's warm and muggy. Parking lot was sketchy. Some suspicious people hanging out there all day, who weren't hotel clients. Breakfast was very poor. I wouldn't stay there again. Although the price and location were good, I felt unsafe with all the suspicious activities in the parking lot.

This location had very little to choose from. You could make a waffle or have cold cereal. The juice wasn't juice, it was a orange punch type drink, like Sunny D-lite. Very disappointed as we planned on the breakfast as part of a meal to keep costs of eating out down but had to anyway.

The staff was not friendly. They were not rude but indifferent anytime we saw them. The pool area was dirty, chairs were broken except one so there was no where to sit, the others were piled up in a corner. The only table by the pool was a thin narrow plastic table used in a conference/training room. The spa was broken and dirty as well. We were there 7-nights and not once did we receive maid service and only brought new towels one time during our stay. We had no trash can in the hotel so we had to get bags and then put trash out in the hall, as many customers did. The entire building smelled of customers smoking weed which came in through the bathroom vent. We had to have it on 24/7 to keep the smell out of our room and it was disturbing when trying to watch tv or sleep. There was a busted pipe which caused a water leak and was a gaping hole in the ceiling that was never attended to the entire time we were there. Our refrigerator in the room had a towel under it to catch water so that smelled also.

The location was perfect and the setup of the room.

It constantly smelled of Marijuana. My last 2 days there I had to deal with a leak from the floor above that leaked onto the bed that I shared with my daughter. The first night of the leak I didn't realize that's what it was I thought I had a leak in my water bottle and when I asked for sheets and a blanket I got the 3rd degree. Once I realized there was a leak I told someone and he offered to change my room but I told him that was too much of a hassle since we were checking out the following morning. Later he called and offered a second room for no charge so my daughter and I could sleep. Unfortunately, that room had not been properly cleaned and there was a used condom on the nightstand next to the bed. I ended up just staying in the original room and moving the bed away from the leak. I kept getting calls at 4:30am and when asked about it I was told that someone kept calling for that room at that time. So I explained not to put it through because it wasn't for me because no one knew where I was and wouldn't need to call me directly to the room. Those calls continued my entire 2 week stay. Also, I kept being charged an additional $24.95 and no one could tell me why I was being charged that. I was told they weren't charging but it was on my bank statement and my email as a charge from them. Even on my day of checkout I was charged that additional amount.

I was charged 3 times for 1 room for 1 night. I got charged by booking.com, then was told that the reservation i had just made 2hrs before I arrived was marked as a no show. I made the reservation at 12:30am and requested to check in at 3am and I would still be checking out at 11am (normal check out time). So then they said I would have to pay for a room and they would sort it out in the morning. The desk clerk charged me for another room but then said it didn't go through and he had to run it again which charged my card for the 3rd time. $85 each time for a total of $255. The next morning I was told that the only charge I would have would be the original charge through booking.com but nothing has been refunded after 3 days.

Better than an average motel. Clean inside. Room was spacious.

Window AC unit very loud. Not too much parking. Water at breakfast bar doesn’t taste very good, needs to change filter. Had to pay $50 deposit on card and then wait approx 7 days for reimbursement. You can avoid this if you have cash.
