Clean room and comfortable desk to work

The treatment from the front desk personnel when we arrived was rude (the heat was not working in the room, when I mention it, they provided an electric heater and asked me to return it shortly, I was cold the whole night) The breakfast was only bread, without anything else for people who do not eat jam or sugar. I have to say that the manager offered me to bring me something else and excuses for the first day behavior

Nothing really

Someone broke into our truck while we were staying here. It was not a safe environment at all. We were offered no kind of refund, or anything. We personally told the employee that we did not feel safe staying there anymore, especially due to the fact we had our 10 month old with us. This is a very VERY unsafe hotel. People hang out in the parking lot and smoke weed. Luckily they at least had camera for the police to take. The person who broke into our truck did it in about 20 minutes after our arrival. The employee just was not very sincere about the situation. Our sheets and bed had stains all over it as well as stains all over the floor, bugs in the fridge, etc. Dont stay here.

Nothing the fact it was cheap and pay for what you get.

Where do I start .. the sheets had stains on them . The carpet had stains on them . Breakfast was pitiful . The staff was rude every couple hours our room keys would stop working and the staff had the audacity to ask what are you doing them our check out was at 11 ..they tried to make us leave at 10 . The rooms had a smell & there are prostitutes at the hotel. The pool is closed and rusted . 1/10 & im giving it a 1 because it was cheap.

The location was good with car, there were restaurants nearby, the room was big and cozy, it had a minifridge and it was clean

The airconditioning in the room was loud and the breakfast was pretty low budget

Nothing. The place was disgusting and the area is horrible and unsafe

I didn't like the whole experience. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come check me in. Then I get to my room and there is black mold on the ceiling and something that appeared to be blood mixed with something else stuck on the ceiling. The sheets were stained and nasty. The carpet had burn marks and stains. The light in the shower was about to fall. There was a hole in the bathroom wall which appeared to be from a knife being stabbed into the wall. There were hookers everywhere. There were people in the parking lot dealing drugs and I'm pretty sure management is involved in the shady activities as the front desk guy came into the parking lot walked by my vehicle and then made a lap around the parking lot and was typing something on his phone. Apparently car jacking happens a lot. There are signs in the parking lot telling you to hide your stuff and lock your doors. There was soda spilled on the couch in the lobby and it was left there for hours. There are people sitting in cars in the parking lot 24/7 probably waiting to jack cars. The room key card would not work we had to take it to front desk and have them "fix" it 3 times. Loud people slamming doors all hours of the night. We were strategically placed in a room which did not over look the parking lot so we couldn't see the vehicle. I want my money back honestly. I left a day early just to get out of there.

The lobby was nice.

The front desk people are so rude. Check in was at 3pm but I got there at 1pm in hopes I could work remote from the lobby until I check in….NOPE. I was told no one can sit in the lobby but I could pay an extra $50 for early check in. So I sat in my car in the heat and rain until 3pm. Then I didn’t even have time to get to my room to unload the cart before he tells me to make sure to take my things off the cart and bring it right back. Weed smell all up and down the hall and outside but I was hounded about smoking in the room…smh. I don’t even smoke! Then don’t think you’re gonna sleep in and relax on Sunday because a whole church session is held in their conference room for a few hours then kids want to hang outside my door screaming and ish when it’s over. People want to pull up with their car sound systems blaring shaking the windows. Go to Best Western across the street, they are cheap, full breakfast and the rooms are sooo nice and it’s so quiet. The staff at Best Western is AWESOME!! I’ll never return just based off how the front desk personnel is.

The free breakfast was ok but needs to maybe offer more options protein such as egg bacon and a sausage. Also need s to maybe have tea bags and hot chocolate for those who don’t drink coffee and a second juice of apple or grape with the orange juice

There was plenty of parking.

The front desk staff was cold and aloof, and they appeared unconcerned with the needs of the customers. The room was moderately clean, the tub was clogged, the refrigerator did not stay shut and had to be turned toward the cabinet in order to stay closed. While the air conditioner was in working order, the room was roughly the same temperature as the outside when we arrived.
