Great location, great staff and amazing amenities. I felt that on a four week holiday that I wasn’t in a hotel and had a homely feel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing coffees and great location.

Nothing directly about the property, but if you contact the number try not to press option 1 unless required. Suspect the booking team is offshore, when I spoke with them they couldn’t understand or help me. Called back pressed 2 for front desk and the team sorted my question in less than 30 seconds, highly recommend staying here over any other hotel.

It was clean easy to get too.

We were senior citizens and thought there were walk-in shower. We could not get into the garden tubs. Ask for a room with a walk-in shower not available. There were uneven stops on the floors made it easy stumble.

Everything was wonderful. I felt very comfortable especially being that this trip was a solo trip. I would like to add that two of the workers name Sam and Tay were very sweet and made sure I was taken care of. I really enjoyed staying at this property and if I one day come back I would definitely come here.

I love that this property is a hotel and airbnb combined! Super spacious apartment but no list of checkout cleanup. A decade long user of airbnbs, I have always said this would be the ideal. Thank you Wyndham for offering it!

I don’t think the property is entirely finished yet so it was a bit rough around the edges but the apartment itself was well prepared and lovely. I would certainly stay here again. Stainless steel pans are awesome (but I wasn’t prepared for that with oil or butter and one night is too short to buy it). Dishwasher. Laundry. I mean really a great space that is huge inside. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful both when I checked in and checked out. Parking garage under the apartments ticked my last box.

The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a good kitchen. It was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the corridor. The staff were very nice and helpful.

There wasn't any English breakfast tea and only 1 dishwasher tablet for a 4 day stay. A welcome pack (bottle of water/milk/biscuits) would have been a nice touch.

There’s a lot of improvements whereas it seems owners are aware and upgrades are in the works so I am sure this will resolve a lot of the functionality issues. There is great potential but would still stay again as is especially at the price point I paid for a 2 bedroom space.

The apartment was big, clean and had good cooking and cleaning facilities. It was easy to cast your phone to the tv. It was close to public transport and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Noise was a problem in the apartment. I could hear someone "singing" for around 2 hours at a time for two days. Noise seems to travel throughout the building, and also from outside. I was on the 6th floor and could easily hear everything from street level. The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable (these were being changed the wk after we left, so shouldn't be a problem). The windows in the apt just faced out onto a wall, so there was little natural light coming in.

The toilet in our room was very load when refilling, and the door deadbolt would not fully latch. The gym was being renovated, but I knew that going into the stay.

Lots of great lighting. The staff was amazing. Attentive and friendly. 10/10 each and every staff member I encountered.

I just wish there was a door from the room To living room. I didn’t know there was no door! Also the restroom tub was huge! Kinda dangerous getting into it with the slippery tub. Maybe ad some kind of warning or step. Also the jets in the tub seemed a little rusty/unclean so we definitely didnt use them. Otherwise its a lovely space, would recommend.

The property was a good value, clean, and comfortable. Parking could have been better signed, but ample and well received.

I was double charged for parking ($100). I noted it at check out and the attendant reversed part of the charge (-$50), but then the charge reversal was cancelled a day later and I was still charged $100 for parking that was supposed to be $50 ($25 x 2 nights). Called the property and someone was supposed to return my call, but that never happened and no one knows what to do about it. I am having to contest part of the charge with my credit card.

I love this space, the apartments are huge and all have big tubs with jets. It’s always clean and a great value.

The only problem I had was with an employee at the front desk being very disrespectful and accusing me of lying when I wanted to pay for my guests parking. I went to the desk to pay and had to deal with her really bad attitude. She said that I only went to pay because she told me I had to when the only reason I can downstairs was to go to the desk and get parking passes. It was my birthday and I had several guests over for lunch. We were not being rowdy, just cooking birthday brunch. I still don’t know why she felt the need to act that way, but it left a very bad taste.

Perfect location two blocks away from Jones Hall! Covered, gated parking. The room is an extended stay studio apartment with full kitchen. Our bathroom had a spacious jacuzzi tub. All in all, a fantastic choice if you're attending a concert or show. Other reviews complained of noise and while there was street noise, the hotel did provide complimentary ear plugs in every room specifically for this purpose. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We had a slight drip in the bedroom, likely from A/C condensation, but it was not disruptive for a one night stay.

Location is great! Staff was friendly and wager to help.

It appeared to be a renovated business building turned into apartments. This made the apartment very industrial and beautiful. Like a scene strayoutbof the movies. But, the AC unit was in a closet next to the bed and it was very loud. It was sl noticeably loud, when turned on, that when I arrived to the apartment, there were earplugs provided by the hotel. Mind you it was only loud when the AC was running. But Ingot used to the noise and didn’t utilize the earplugs. Other than that, the apartment and its location are superb!
