The lady at the front desk was well mannered. The room was extremely clean and we slept well.
The pool wasn't clean and it infected my daughter's eye. Breakfast was not good. Not enough trashcans, no room service, a loud snoring noise was always above our heads most days and nights.

Booking.com over booked and we lost our room!!!! Thank goodness there was a suite that we were able to get for our family! I will never use booking.com’s site again! We traveled from another state for this trip. I made reservations weeks ahead! It was late in the evening when we arrived at the hotel to only find out that we lost our room! I did find it interesting also that no meat was served at breakfast! I wish they would’ve shared that with us while checking in!

We enjoyed the location and it was very clean and safe to stay at.
The caulking in the shower was peeling off and the faucet needs the seal replaced. You had to really tighten up to stop water from flowing. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS. Vehicle was involved in a hit and run in the parking area. Contacted police but nothing that they could do other than a report.
For the money and location, surely they would have had outside security cameras

The location is excellent, breakfast was different each of the 3 days I stayed and was good.
The room was well equipped if I had wanted to cook, I could have.
All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
There was a strong smell in the room. Less noticable when I'd been in the room for a while, but I could never pin point what it was. Friends thought it was a chemical cleaning smell, I thought it was an earthy/moldy smell. BUT I never saw mold anywhere.
I'd have liked more pillows and it may be time to replace the pillows.
The bathroom and kitchen lighting were very dim. Probably just needed new bulbs.

I think the room have mold in there. The bathroom didn’t clean properly because it made me stuffy every day. I’m in the room but when I’m out and about, I’m good but at night or during the day when I’m there laying down or sleep, I’m very stuffy so I’m thinking is mold and in the room. or something else in there mmaking me sick they didn’t have accommodation for the people who don’t eat pork on the breakfast menu the cleaning staff need to do more and a better job!!!

My daughters and I booked two nights to go Black Friday shopping. The location was perfect and all beds including sofa bed were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
They were remodeling our floor and there was some equipment in the hall ways. Bit a big deal but just something that could have been improved.

Nice rooms with typical American style furnishing plus my king suite had a kitchen with stove, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Breakfast on weekdays was excellent. On weekends and holidays I was more tempted to skip as I'm not a breakfast person.
Nothing really to complain except I would love to have the taco bar on weekends.

What I loved
I loved the location cause that was my first time there and I really don't like to drive places and staying there I didn't have to move my car. Everything was walking distance and me and my daughter loved it. It was her birthday and she always wanted to go to the cheesecake factory it was easy to find and walking distance . So for us it was a lovely location and lovely place to stay.
Nothing everything was great!!!

Location is a very super exciting location in heart of the retail district.
My wife and I have stayed in other Homewood suites in the past. We were amazaed at how the floor in the kitchen was coming apart. We also turned on the shower and the shower head shooting water all over the bathroom. The bathroom sink was not repaired properly. The caulking build up was all around the faucet head. Trash all out in front of the door where you enter the hotel. Rusted door hinges, kitchen light switch had grease build up, not cleaned well. Again staying at many hotels the represent Hilto that was not up to Hilton standards.

The amazing front desk staff! When we arrived to check in, Hilton had a nationwide outage. They could not check anyone in. Luckily, I checked in on the app earlier that morning (love the convenience of the app). The night manager (I wish I could remember her name) jumped right into action. Because I checked in earlier she was able to get us in our room within 20 minutes! She was amazing, very professional, very calm and collected.
