The location was fine . The hotel did not offer breakfast, everything was shut down .
The hotel did not have hand soap . The sheet are dirty and had blood on the corner of the bed . The curtains were completely stained. And you could not rise them up . The only chair was completely on a poster, the leather would come off on your skin or clothes when you would sit in it . The hotel refused to give us fresh towels . The attendance at the front staff was rude. Would not give their names . No manager on duty. When I brought up the blood on the bed sheets to the front house desk they said it was ok and acceptable since the body was not touching it. I am requesting a full refund

KEEP IT MOVING!! THIS IS NOT THE ONE! KEEP LOOKING! Normally, I check the reviews before I book. Definitely a big mistake on my part! All the reviews are dead on! This property is really, really outdated. They overprice the rooms. If I hadn’t went past my deadline for cancellation, I would have went somewhere else. I asked for a early check-in weeks ago and they told me to call the morning of to check. Called at 9am, Then she said to call at 12 pm and of course when I called again, she claimed that there weren’t any rooms available. So, when I got to the hotel, there were literally 5 dang cars in the parking lot and about 10 when I came back late that night from my event. By the way, this is a holiday weekend! The parking should have been packed! The thing is…this hotel is down on their luck since the owner died. I found this out from a local. I saw one dang housekeeper. Check out my photos. Normally, the lobby looks great. Even the furniture down there is worn out. I’m glad I only booked one night! Then they asked if I was coming back. H@ll nawl, I’m not coming back!! I work too hard for my change to stay in a dump like this! By the way, they have a human trafficking warning sign by the elevators. I found that to be really strange. Maybe, that’s something new that the hotels are posting now. It scared the living daylights out of us.

Wasn't greeted when checking in. Beds were double and not queen as I thought but that may have been mistaken. I thought breakfast was included but there was nothing. Eating place was closed and snack area that you could buy snacks was very limited!

It has potential to be beautiful but there is a lot of stuff that didn’t work like the water fall sign in front of the building and the water sign behind the desk.
When I arrived I had already booked my room online but had to stand in the lobby for about 20 mins because the front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing and instead of coming out from the help the lady in the office just called her to try to help. When I walked in my room which was room 306 I noticed that AC unit was broke and chunks of plastic were missing. There was a cigarette butt in the AC grill. The draw up blind/curtain was tangled up and wouldn’t go all the way down on one side. They took apart the bottom of the bath tub and left it open so they can charge an extra $40 for a jacuzzi tub. There were 2 chairs in the room and both of them looked absolutely terrible with the fake leather missing in chunks. In the hallways they taped cardboard over the part of the signs that said vending machine because they do not have them and instead had a “store” in the lobby that had maybe 10 total things in it. The pool closed at “dusk” which I did not understand since you are in Florida no one is swimming in a hotel pool during the day and I feel like since there is no one watching the pool anyways why does it matter if you swim at night. I did not see anything for breakfast as stated that they had but could have potentially missed it if it ended before 10:30. When I went to check out there was no one at the front desk. I noticed when I was taking stuff to the car that there was a sign taped to the front desk stating “I stepped away” but when someone working there or working on something come to the desk she helped them so when I went to check out no one was there still and I stood there for about 5 mins and noticed there was plastic box on a table in front of the desk with a hole cut in it that someone else had dropped their room key in so I just did that.

The only thing was the bed was very comfortable. It took 30 min to check in. The carts for luggage all had flat tires. Two chairs in the room looked like something you would find in a land fill. The carpet in the whole place looked like they were 30 years old. The front desk gave us a key for a room that was occupied already. I have pictures of what our room looked like. This was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Can't believe you all have this piece of crap place on your Website.

Pool was fantastic, everything else, not so much.
Room furniture was literally falling apart, carpeting was stained in the hallways and they had a musty, moldy odor, room door would not close unless forced, overhead lights did not work, pillows were terrible. There were "tumbleweeds" of hair in the tub and on the floor upon arrival. A/C kept turning off. NO ONE would answer when calling the front desk from the room. Website advertised a 24 hour fitness center which did not exist. Ohhh, and the fire alarm went off FIVE separate times between 10 PM and 3 AM!

That there was a room available, everything around was booked. Save your money and sleep in your car.
Nothing, it was one of the worst hotels that my husband and I have ever stayed in. The carpets in the hallways were filthy with dirt and debris, the couches in the lobby were ripped and old, all of the room furniture was in disrepair. It took 45 min to check in, there were two workers behind the desk but only one was checking individuals in.

The location was convenient for me.
The floor/carpet was dirty. There was no hand soap, both dispensers were completely empty. The toilet was plugged and slow draining and took about 10 flushes to clear. There was not enough shower soap for two people. I was not given a receipt for my payment and told I could only get a receipt from Booking.com.

arrived 2 hours early and asked if I could, by chance, check in early, knowing prob not and I was okay with not…just thought I would ask…they said only if I pay $50 for early checkin. so I declined. when I returned to check in at the regular time, they said they didn’t have the king bed that I had reserved because I didn’t check in early enough and they had given them all away. ironic. also the upholstered chair in my room should just be trashed. they had a sheet over it to cover how worn it is. I won’t stay here again.

Roaches! The front desk lady was very dismissive saying she will see what she can do for us, well she did nothing. I asked could I be possibly be refunded for their roaches that invaded my Pizza, she says no it doesn't work that way. Then says they do have people to come and spray. Well dam she already knows about the roaches. Upon check out still nothing. Upon My check-out Ms. Mary Lou (I think that's her name) she was really nice and concerned nothing much to be done at that point. The initial interaction with front desk lady didn't offer another room, even if she did it would have been too much of a hassle. Based off the initial interaction with The front desk lady we Will not book for this place again. I need to talk to management.

Outside is very nice ... Pool closed for maintenance so can't go swimming. Restaurant in hotel is closed . So nothing to eat and no breakfast even though booking .com says breakfast. Bath tub drain needs to be unclogged. 3rd floor elevator must don't work paper over button in elevator. This place needs help fast or just close it. But this my first and last time staying here. Go somewhere else trust me

They did not have breakfast for us,the location was good, I had to pay an extra $50 just to get in my room before 3 pm I arrived at 12:30/1:30pm, I had no hand soap, the tub looked like it had a ring around it, it was a jacuzzi , if you wanted it you had to pay $40,we were going to get it but it wasn’t available in our room, also I told the front desk as we we’re leaving no that I did not want housekeeping in my room, when I returned housekeeping had came in and redid room and even arranged my personal belongings, the pool water was green, very unhappy customer!

Hallway hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Trash in the elevator, around the property. Tub side was too tall and no grab bars were available for an older, or disabled person, to get in/out safely! Room door was not balanced and took very noisy effort to open or close.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel. Nice. Clean. Quaint. But the chairs in the room, made out of Pleather(Plastic that wants to be Leather) , have to go. Both chairs in the room were peeling. It was scary, and not sanitary.
