It wasn’t the property it’s the people that breaks the rules of the property that makes it a bad experience. Pets are not allowed but the unit above me brought pets and I can hear it jumping and running around all day. Luckily I only stayed indoors one day to try and relax and that’s when I heard all the commotion. I told the front desk but not sure if they ever investigated the complaint.

They have multiple pools, which was great because they were never overcrowded. The bartenders at the tiki bar were super nice.
There is plenty of space inside the rooms for people that came with children.
Front desk NEVER answers the phone. When you go up there, most of the time, they are sitting down, ignoring the phone.
When asking house keeping for supplies (garage bags or dishwasher soap), they tell you No, call the front desk.

We loved our room in building 25, room 306. It was clean, big, open, quiet, comfortable. The kitchen was okay. Coffee pot, utensils, and plates were in the kitchen. The dishwasher and big fridge were working well. There is a walk-in closet in the main bedroom.
There are BBQ grills in the common area in the parking section that many people use. Nice bathroom. Big bathtub with jets, the pressure was strong and the water was hot. Loved, loved loved the washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. This is not a new building, so we didn't expect everything to be perfect. We had just come from spending several nights at a Disney resort, so this place, to me was a good deal by comparison.
The $150 damage deposit was received with no issue too. We went to the pool and tiki bar across the resort road and part of the Holiday Inn area. Go there!! It is very nice and better suited to meet small kids' and their parent's needs. Hot tubs, a pool and kiddie splash pool, and a zip line were available. How cool is that?!
The tiki bartender was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made wonderful drinks. The pools back at the resort were very nice to cool off or let kids play. It was a very stress-free and relaxing place. Everyone seemed happy and smiled a lot. Many very nice and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and things to do!
The elevators didn't work in the building we were in. The building is older and there have not been many exterior upgrades on building 25. The tv did not have a guide, and the deck area was very nice but you could see immediately that the outside of the building (on the side facing the fire dept), had not been maintained/pressure washed in a bit. We saw a few reviews that mentioned bed bugs after we booked our stay. The first thing we did upon entering the room was to check for bed bugs and other pests. There are no bedbugs or any pesky insects here. Very, very clean!! Be aware that you will be offered a presentation to get tickets to many things. We opted out and all was well.

The dryer in our room took hours to dry a load of laundry. Not a big deal but we were worried that the hoses maybe clogged so we were afraid to leave it unattended for any length of time. Really minor issue.

It seemed old and outdated, the kids really didn’t enjoy how the property was setup. Having to cross the street to use amenities was a big disappointment. The Starbucks was horrible, they charged Starbucks prices, but they didn’t have everything to complete your order. There were no restaurants on the immediate property that we could find. It also smell like it had been or was still mold in the laundry room, it had us all scratching and itching the entire stay. We got there March 23 2024 and left 0300 Mar 28 2024, couldn’t take it anymore!

Was informed, when we got there that our rate required us to attend their presentation, which we absolutely did not want to do. Had I known, I definitely would've booked elsewhere. They claim it's not a high-pressure sales pitch, but it is. We told them we had park tickets for that day, and they assured us it would only be 90 min. 3 hrs later, we were still trying to get our driver's license back, and get out of there. Then, they got prenty hateful, when we insisted on leaving.

I liked the rate that I was able to secure for my stay. Especially during a holiday season (spring break). There was still availability for my family to find something and enjoy the time. I loved that the suite that I was given had additional space so that my family felt comfortable and no on top of each other. I also liked that I was able to pay for attractions in the play area A la Carte because last year I paid for full pass and one of my children only did the rock climbing.
The golf course was being renovated during our stay. I thought that maybe since the resort was full of travelers for spring break that should have been postponed to a later date.

Great location, easy to get to Disney Parks and Gatorland. There are plenty of shops in the area with good food restaurants as well. Pools were nice. The screened balcony was a plus. Units were nice, clean, and had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation.
