Room was very spacious and clean. Furnishings were great; we had dishes and everything needed to prepare our own meals. All the amenities were outside , which was okay when it wasn't too hot. Grounds were beautiful.

No inside amenities except workout room.

The staff was excellent. The pool facilities were good, plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and shaded areas. The grounds were very well kept.

The room had no USB outlets, therefore a travel adapter is essential. The corridors to the rooms could have been better kept, required washing and brushing. The pool was very noisy, especially late at night, our room faced onto the pool and residents, on several occasions, were very loud.

The place is lovely, we got a large apartment. The people at the reception were lovely, anything we asked or asked for was taken care of straight away. Parking is close to the apartment and the place is close to attractions. We would love to visit again.

Location is nice and they have pretty decent wheel chair accessible units. Hot tubs are close to back lanai area and there are multiple.

We had an ant infestation by the sink area but didn’t realize it until almost check out day. The room that we stayed in was waiting to be upgraded so I felt the room could smell better after renovations. Front bed room by door, the AC didn’t work very well so it was hot and there isn’t a ceiling fan. Only fan in the rental was master bed.

I liked everything, especially the Christmas decorations and that you pay attention to every detail.

I can’t say that I didn’t like, it was just missing at our room. As we were staying during a couple of cold November days, we had to wear our jackets and coats and when getting back to the room, there were no hangers or hooks on the wall or any coat rack to hang our coats next to the entrance door, as a result we had to hang our coats on the chairs. So it would be great to have one coat rack somehow in the future when coming back here again between November and March.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and stores. Loved the Christmas decorations. Staff were really nice.

We were on the 3rd floor. And there is no elevator. We had heavy bags. So climbing stairs was not easy.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. The only complaint I have is the pushy sales rep trying to get us to do a time share presentation. I did not appreciate being text multiple times about it, or having to hear her spill to get my parking pass.
