A fairly quiet location once you turn into the property. Very nice if you want a little quiet from the chaos that is Las Vegas. The facilities are excellent! Free parking is included and such a welcome treat when staying in Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with everything once we were checked in. During check in, Chasity at the front desk was so friendly and amazing! She definitely set the tone for the experience here. The room was great. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, dish soap... I was pleasantly surprised. We were in a two-bedroom unit, and it was very spacious. TVs in every room. Full washer and dryer if you needed it. There was even a patio with a table and seating for four. Wow! There definitely were many amenities that were available on the property that we did not use due to our packed schedule while we were in Sin City, but it was nice to know they were there. I will definitely try to stay here for any future trips to Las Vegas. I absolutely loved it!
This really has nothing to do with the property, but there is quite a bit of construction around the city right now. As of March of 24', construction is immense on the streets and various areas around the strip.

The description was wrong. The pool was closed and the bus service to the strip has been stopped. I emailed 3 times and called twice to check we could get an extra bed but they didn’t ever respond. Even when we arrived I had to go to housekeeping to collect extra bedding because they couldn’t bring it over. Poor service and not a Hilton.

Better suits to travelers with a car. A bit far away from the airport and the main area of the city, thought you can take uber or a taxi.

Rooms are very well equipped so it feels like home away from home.
There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to CLEANLINESS. Windows, kitchen cabinets, floors need good cleaning.Top of the fridge was so dusty that it has not been cleaned for months.
Bathroom sink drain did not function properly.
During our 7 night stay room has been "serviced" once. I do not know what this service entails but floors were not touched, linen not changed and buthtub was nott cleaned.

The staff was top notch. They knew us and greeted us by name daily. Our son was graduating and they gave him a treat bag as a courtesy. Mother’s day flowers at check out. Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced. Pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the complimentary bbq grills since we had a large group for graduation dinner. The beds were comfortable and the property was quiet. We slept like babies.
The rooms were somewhat dated but perfect for our needs.

Quiet. There is no noise outside during the day when trying to sleep. Not sure about the evening. It is Vegas. No one is in their room in Vegas before 2am! Comfortable beds. Excellent kitchen with all the amenities. There are plenty of extra towels in the room, plus pool towels. Ice maker in the kitchen. Felt like a home away from home.
Tried to immediately re-book for next year for the same dates, and they doubled their price. DEFINITELY NOT worth over $1300 for 3 days. Unreal. I paid half that price. It's Vegas!!! We are there to just sleep, shower, cook a quick small meal, and adventure on to what Vegas has to offer. Doubling the price for the same dates the next year ensures customers will NOT return, nor will they recommend to their family, friends, and colleagues.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but unfortunately our ground floor apartment was under a room with some very heavy footed guests.
Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable.
We were lucky to get parking in the shade near our apartment.
There is no longer a shuttle service to the Strip, so we used Uber without trouble from the hotel. Though finding a convenient pick up spot in town wasn't easy at times.
