I loved how my room had a great view. I also like how my room provided kitchen wear. I think that would have been very useful if I would to have stayed there a bit longer. Overall, everything was amazing and this was my first time in Vegas so it’s very memorable. I loved how the hotel was not far from the strip and was surrounded by food places that a plus. :)
There isn’t much cons from this hotel. I would just have loved if the balcony had chairs. Other than that the hotel was amazing. I would definitely go back.

I very much enjoyed the location lots of things to do at this casino. Its convenient and it feels warm and safe. I really enjoyed the kitchen as I was able to heat up some soup since it was chilly all week. I noticed they provide kitchenware but I had already brought mine as I was not expecting such amenities. But im thankful for that. Also I enjoyed the ice machine its the beat out of everything. I dont have to walk to the end of the hallway for some. I liked that it was quiet. I really enjoyed feeling like part of this hotel . It feels like home to be honest.
I didnt like that it smelled bad in the restroom. Hopefully this doesnt impact anything but there was a pee stain on the toilet seat and on the wall next to the toilet paper holder. I didnt feel comfortable using rhe restroom as it looked very used. I got it cleaned up. But I had to go out of my way to go to the store and buy a mop and cleaning spray to mop the floor with a good scent so after that it was a bit easier to breath the air in the suite. I did open the sliding window to get fresh air. But as I opened the sliding door I noticed the glass panel in the balcony was covered in spit or maybe someone's drink tipped over and there were just a little of like spit stains. Also as I checked the room I noticed the bed frame is literally melting off. The pillow was up against the bed frame skin, not sure if it was leather or paint, but it Def looked old and falling apart. Also, above the t.v toward the kitchen there is a fire sprinkle that has mold near that crevice wall its quite dark and looks like theres mold or perhaps there was a fire but wasn't cleaned properly. It just feels like this room is lacking love and attention.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a surprise charge saying it was for cleaning services. I booked this hotel because my flight was canceled and I needed somewhere to stay for the night …I booked through a third party which was seemed great one night for 68.00 and a 300.00 deposit that would be returned if I left the property in good condition which I did. When booking it said nothing about an additional fee that was not reimbursed which was 156.00. So in reality I was mislead and paid a total of 224 for this hotel. When talking to the staff about this they couldn’t assist didn’t care to assist. Now leaving me with no choice and now stuck here I decided I would make the best of it and go to the pool. The pool was closed and security and no answer her response was “if the pool is closed it’s closed”… makes sense but I wanted a reason behind that. I can read English perfectly fine. I paid extra for cleaning services and my shower head was disgusting… I have pictures of this which I will attach to this. Also the mirror was hanging off the wall as well as the television. I deserve a refund I was charged a fee that was not agreed to and paid for services that were not done.

Khandris was such a fun personality. She was probably the only highlight of this stay.
The mandatory cleaning fee was not presented in a very forthright way, and it didn’t make sense given the actual condition of the room. It’s described as being there to “ensure the room is professionally clean and prepared,” but the room didn’t reflect that at all. The most noticeable issue was a very large area on the wall and ceiling behind the TV that looked like either mold growth or some kind of splatter that was never cleaned. It was extremely obvious and hard to miss. There were also leftover pieces of debris on the ceiling from prior decorations, cigar remains on the balcony, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. On top of that, the jetted tub and its lighting were not functioning, which was disappointing since that’s part of the appeal of the room.
Also, the pool closing at 5pm was honestly pretty lame and not what I expected for a property like this.

Booked online as a last minute continuance of my LV trip since my room at the strip casino was full to extend. The price seemed good and they had a casino next door. Booking.com never sent the email over to property and the property wasn't helpful. I sat in the lobby for over an hour with the bags and family until we just left since they said there was nothing they can do. No one could do anything to get us the keys which we already paid for.
The front desk staff wasn't helpful once they heard it was a booking.com reservation. They pretty much ignored me. When I asked for a room through them, they gave me a price 3X advertised on any online site. The front entrance also seems very dark and unwelcoming. I drove by it twice for not being sure if it was the right area.
On a positive, I went right next door to the Palms resort and Casino where the front desk was amazing, room price was fair, had a clean room with a full strip view, and the pool was fun.

Liked the layout of the room and amenities.
The torn drapes, the broken cabinet door that wouldn't close, the TV remotes that would not operate either of the two tv's
provided in the room, so we couldn't watch anything or use television during entire stay. the misaligned glass shower door that wouldn't shut properly. The room needed repair.

The room didn’t have enough trash bags other than that the room was beautiful perfect view at night balcony was clean. The whole condo was clean.

I liked the setup of the room, the view of the sunset off the balcony.
The ad on booking.com was misleading. It did not mention there was a $153 cleaning fee until after I booked the room, and it was none refundable. The bathroom floors were not cleaned, it had pee stains on the floor. When I used the shower the water went through the door and made a big mess.

The location
I’m writing to report several issues I experienced during my recent stay.
- The room was **not clean** upon arrival.
- The **toilet was clogged**, and the **shower door would not close**, making the bathroom unusable.
- When I requested assistance, the **staff were slow to respond and acted rudely**, which made the situation even more disappointing.
These conditions and the lack of support significantly impacted my stay

Not much at all. The shower water was hot.
The room was dirty and looked to have not been cleaned. Loose hair throughout the bathroom, dirty counterspace, left over trash from previous guest in waste basket, leftover milk and water from previous guest in fridge, dirty blanket falling out the room safe and the iron was scorched which left a spot on my pants. The staff barely acknowledged the guests coming and going...they seemed to not want to be there at all.

The bed was comfortable. The room was a nice size and I enjoyed the big tub.
The pool was always closed. The weather was 85 there should’ve been no reason for the pool to be closed. Unfortunately, I left something in the room that was not returned. I know I left it and after calling numerous times and days looks like staff kept it. Bummer.

The property is great
I was shocked to receive a $154 cleaning charge doubling the cost of my stay. I was one person and donly there a few hours.
I obviously didnt read the fine print. It was not clear when I rented the property. Wont fall for that again.

The layout of the apartment.
We had issues and help within the 3rd party was serious slow.
The glass shelf in the master shower was falling off and had to get the front desk involved. The hotel engineer did not wanted to help as this unit is Privately owned, and he wanted nothing to do with it.
The property DOES NOT OFFER ROOM SERVICE, even though is notes on the description.
The kitchen / bar at the pool is also CLOSED
They also do not clean the place and a $250 cleaning fee is due at checks out.
If I had knows this I would have book somewhere else, as I don’t not like AirBnb.

I loved the views, room was very spacious, very clean, and near the strip. Perfect for a weekend stay or even longer (has a mini kitchen, fridge, microwave etc) would stay again!
