Kitchen was bare with no utensils, dishes, or cookware. Had to special request. No coffee machine or coffee supplies in the room. Had to request a coffee machine and pay extra. Seriously! Self-park is in Aria and is a bit of a maze to get to Vdara.

Large and comfortable room, great view, super location close to the Strip and with a nice view on the Bellagio fountain. Nice staff.

The highway noise was coming through a bit and the window blinds don't fully close atlthe sides, so the room gets pretty light soon in the day.

Great hotel location, easy walkable distance to Aria, Bellagio/to the Strip. Room was huge with a nice view, and loved the spacious bathroom counter! Overall an excellent stay.

Not much to complain about. But since this is a 5 star hotel, will nitpick on little things. The room that I got was generally clean, however I will point out that the bathtub’s drain hole had some soap scum. The garbage disposal (insinkerator) smelled funny but nothing dramatic or overwhelming that we couldn’t sleep.

Location was great. Right off the strip, but tucked behind the Aria and Cosmopolitan so there was not a lot of foot traffic around or through the hotel

The pull out mattress looked like it had not been replaced since the property opened. We requested a rollaway, but it was taken after the first night. We called back and someone said that it would be brought back, only to be told they had run out around 11:30pm, so we ended up going to the store and purchasing an air mattress. There was also mold in the bathroom. I have sent pictures to the property but have not heard back.

The only complaint I have about this place is the staff. They act all high and mighty, with a stick up their ass. The only nice person we encountered was the lady who checked us in, the guy who checked us out could use a class on how to smile. He was a jerk.

Very nice accommodations, the place definitely feels like a "step up." Was on the side facing the parking circle, so view was not great, the other side that looks over the Bellagio fountains would have been better. Our suite was in good shape and had kitchenette and big bath with separate shower and tub.

Parking. Only valet at Vdara. Wanted to self-park, and they only allow that next door at the Aria. It's a long trudge, elevators, escalators, through smoky casino, lobby, across the circle just to get to Vdara. From my room I could see the empty parking structure.

The oppressive smell in the lobby. Too much “scent”. I know many hotels have a scent but it was so strong you could smell it 50ft from the doors Also I paid for an upgrade for a “wellness” room which was repeatedly offered to me prior to checking in. When we arrived, they didn’t have one available.

Property is nice, modern and up to date, clean and in a good centralized location. Non-smoking is a plua when being around smoke in all the other places the whole day.

Not sure how often the air filters are replaced in the units but that is of course a lot of work. I think i got sick from the AC this is why i bring it up.

Size and layout of the room was excellent. Location of the hotel is great for The Strip. Staff were good.

Had to change rooms due to maintenance and housekeeping issues The new room then needed the hotel electrian to fix the bedside lights and the in-room iPad (for ordering room service etc) never did work. And then the following day we spent an hour sat in the corridor outside our room whilst the hotel technician fixed a lock fault so that we could get back in our room.

I love my experience at Vdara. From the moment that I arrived, Vince (front desk) made me and my daughter feel welcome and special. He when above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. If you are a non smoker, this is the place for you. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel where it doesn’t smell like stale cigarettes. Actually this was the first time that I go to Las Vegas and don’t wake up with a stuffy nose due to allergies. The rooms are impecable as well. I will definitely visit this property again.

The view from our room was wonderful and has presented. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, staff were very professional, and the location was good - minus the parking.

The refrigerator and TV in the sitting were not functional when we arrived. The TV issued was resolved the next day. The refrigerator issued took several calls with the hotel finally providing a stand alone compact that was adequate. The parking prices at the hotel are too high. The public parking at the Aries is a distance and also expensive. The public parking recharged for daily each time you exit. There should be a way to pay a daily rate for longer stays with in and out on the same ticket.

Reception staff advising about mini bar and water. We were advised, after receiving a $200 bill for using water that we thought was complimentary, that we could have asked for water from reception. No good saying that at the end of our stay.

It was quiet, non smoking, no casinos, and quite nice. Limited dining options but a quick walk to Aria for more options.

It was great until I went to take a shower. It barely flowed. I called to report and was told they were making repairs and it would be back in a half hour. As I had to be at a conference then, that was not workable. I asked if the water was safe to drink thinking it was a main break or something and the woman on the phone said they never recommend drinking the water. Which gets back to the huge pet peeve, you get a tiny complementary water when you check in. If you go to purchase bottled water it is $5 -10 in the lobby. Providing comp water would be an excellent cheap benefit. Be a trend setter! Another alternative would be providing in expensive reusable water bottles and access to filtered water. I know they are following the norm but these things add up and leave a bad impression.
