The front desk was nice.
The breakfast very hyped and did not taste good. The breakfast staff gal that brought out the food was rude. My daughter tried to go grab some eggs and gave her a dirty look like she was in the way. Yet when another woman standing in front of the same area, the staff was so sweet to her. I went over to grab my daughter and helped her with her plate and that staff member did not even greet me or ask if we needed help. Honestly, I felt very discriminating cause we were not Caucasian.
Additionally, the pool area should not have any pool toys especially a volley ball. There were adults spiking the ball so hard that it hit my children and other kids. Those sane adults laughed and allowed their kids to cannonball. It really sucked that the staff literally does not watch their cameras. The pool also got so overcrowded one night. At least 45 people were in the pool. Not fun!
Also don’t stay here if you need room service. You have to book at least 5 days to get any room service. There are no garbage pick ups.
It was a blah stay.

We were right next to laundry room. Noisy room heard cars all night long, people walking by room, water running throughout night and early morning, shoes in dryer. Couldn't get good night sleep. Poor insulation and no sound proofing. And your room does not get cleaned unless you stay for 5 night or more, this makes no sense, it's a hotel.

We arrived for a late check-in at 11:15 pm and had a mix-up with our reservation to the point that it was cancelled. While it took some time, Best Western did everything they could to make this right again, and we were able to reinstate our reservation. Kudos to the front desk person and the general manager for assisting at such a late hour; my husband and I really appreciate it. In addition, the complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding. Lots of options, including waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, cereal, juices, Danishes/bagels, yogurt, almond milk, boiled eggs, fruit, and a really cool café machine that serves up lattes and cappuccino. Bed was comfortable and amenities were great, including an indoor pool and jaccuzi. Will definitely stay here again.

pool wa cold, spa was dirty, water brown. when i asked the front desk clerk about the spa, she said "I don't know, I'm front desk clerk not maintenance." Asked her if nobody maintains the pool, she said, "they're suppose to but I don't know and nobody reported that the spa's water was dirty and brown." Then she just went in the back.

We came here after our airbnb fell through the same day and the staff was so helpful to get us into 2 rooms for our big family. She even moved stuff around so we could be next door to each other. Location, close to Otis cafe which is a must breakfast place! Also located close to beach, shopping and so much more. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. They had a great coffee machine in lobby with lots of great options. The breakfast looked amazing and lots of options.
Apparently they are short staffed and let people know that, which honestly doesn’t instill confidence as a guest. The sheets on the bed did not fit then beds and keep popping off. The bathroom door hits the toilet when you open it, that seems to be a flaw. The one front desk lady was not rude but not very robotic and didn’t make you feel welcomed. The rest of the staff seemed very polite and helpful.

Home girl at the front desk was such a hard worker. I never saw her sitting down. She was always doing work. And no job was too good for her. She seemed like a real team player to her staff as well. Every employee I met seemed like they were happy.
Cable was out for most of my stay but, it was out for all of Lincoln city.
3rd floor windows in hallway were covered in gross spiderwebs filled with debris/dead bugs.

I love this place! It is a great hotel that offers many amenities that make it a very comfortable place to stay. It is close to multiple beach access points and close to many great restaurants! I liked that I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked in the door. Kelly was wonderful from start to finish of my check in, and exceeded expectations to provide comfort during my stay.
The first night, the people in the room above me were very loud. Allowing, what I would assume to be children, to run back and forth to above us until late into the evening. Then it began at approximately 7am the next morning. When I called the front desk, the woman was so helpful and said she would take care of it. She then even called me back for a follow up. When she learned they were still loud, she went up to the room to ask them personally. Both staff members went above and beyond to make this stay the most comfortable.
The breakfast was great! Hot and quite a bit of a selection! The breakfast staff was wonderful, and even the housekeepers I came in contact with were pleasant and smiled! Hot tub and pool area were clean and kept. When towels were out, they were immediately stocked. Overall wonderful experience!
Coffee machine tasked burnt, but I was grateful that it was available.

Clean quite well managed and very good price the pool and hot tub are great and the breakfast was amazing so many different items to choose from and to top it off they have 24h coffee machine that is top notch with several different kinds of coffee
