Location and space was great, Daniel was very helpful upon our arrival.
The kitchen could've been better stocked, there were no baking sheets for the oven. The bathroom was very dark. The floors were quite dirty, my feet were black after walking around barefoot the first night. There is no free parking. I left my car parked across the street the entire time we stayed, and relied on public transportation. Each in/out of parking cost $15 cash.

The room had two beds and a kitchen! I loved the size of the fridge, and the fact they offered two pots and a pan in case you didn’t bring any! They also had plates, bowls, and silverware included! As well as a trash disposal chute on every floor, they even had a washer in the basement for clothes and a dishwasher!
If you have pets they allow pets, but it comes with a fee per pet and they’re charged each night of your stay.
The room I was in had an odd smell, which I did not like, but if you’re able to ignore it you’ll be fine.
NOTE, (unrelated to the place itself): It’s by 2 parking garages which was fine but it was a let down the place didn’t have guest parking so be sure to plan for an extra hundred dollars or so (per week) since both had a fee of around 15 bucks and one of them was cash only. They both had a reset time, one at 4 am and the other at 6 am so you have to pay an exit fee if you don’t leave before then and then an entrance fee when you enter. Which drained our wallets- NOT the Haas’ fault though, it’s just something to keep in mind if you’re staying there.

I liked the spacing of the living room and bedroom. The room was cleaned and prepped to satisfaction.
Heat/Ac controls of living room didn’t appear to be working but then again it wasn’t a big deal. The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work. They didn’t have any extras on hand so i had to take turns using the remote from the living room with the person who stayed in the bedroom.

Location. It's walking distance to Clifton's Republic, which is why we were in town. The hotel was very pretty and clean. Looks newly renovated. The girl at the front desk was nice. The room we got was huge. 2 rooms and a kitchen.

The amount of space was great. I liked how there were real beds available instead of just a sofa bed couch. I felt safe a secure once we got inside the building.
Mattresses were not comfortable, and neither was the couch. The windows were not insulated at all. You could hear every noise going on outside. we were woken up multiple times each night. Drunk people yelling and screaming, music from the bar, homeless yelling nonsense, sirens. It was so loud we thought we left a window open. Blinds were not great either. There were flashing blue lights right outside our window that were attached to the building that was annoying at night. The worst thing about our stay was how hard it was to find the door from the street when we arrived. It was a very small doorway, and no way for you to load and unload luggage from the street.

PARKING SUCKS. YOU HAVE TO PAY BETWEEN $15-$25 PER NIGHT. YOU CANT COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE FROM THE PARKING LOT. QUICK REMINDER YOU ARE STAYING IN DOWNTOWN L.A THERE IS ALOT OF HOMELESS AND THEY WONT LET YOU SLEEP HALF THE NIGHT.

the location was close to the metro however it did look a bit scary at night. The room itself was much larger than we expected with several facilities available. it was perfect for a quick stay and that was exactly what we did. the hotel was also able to help us by storing our baggage the next morning as our next accommodation was not ready in time.
the room did not have much in the way of soundproofing and the light kept flickering long after it was switched off. also, no direct light into the room.

Good location in downtown LA near several restaurants, cafes, and a few public transport options. I enjoyed staying here - there were essentially 2 rooms that were joined, along with a small living area and a kitchen. I loved the open concept loft feel of the "room" which was closer to an apartment layout and very roomy. For the price, a pretty great option! Wifi wasn't the fastest but was decent enough.
The only thing that was weird was the bathroom setup with the shower and toilet, but this was minor. The front door was a bit annoying because it was locked 90% of the time - you had to buzz the front desk to let you in even in the middle of the day. This was minor.

It is listed on Booking.com as having a Fitness centre and this is misleading as 1 treadmill (that didn't work) a spin bike and a rack of dumbbells - max weight 15lbs is not a Fitness centre.

The hotel is good, we got an apartment. there was a bedroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. huge space. everything in the apartment was in good condition and very nice.
just a note of the location. The hotel is locked 24/7 and there is someone at the front desk to let you in. but the area nearby is a tad sketchy, although we did walk around so just be ware.

I like the fact that you could have other guests (more then 1 persons) the biggest downside was parking my guest and I had two cars and the parking structure directly across from the hotel charges $15 no ins and out so ultimately we ended up spending $85 on parking alone. Would I book this hotel again probably not due to the fact that there’s no parking available or any parking deals staying at the hotel

A great place to stay with your family. We booked a suite for 3 nights; it was very spacious and equipped with a full kitchenette. All amenities were modern and fully functional except that the rooms were dark and did not have ample lighting (I am assuming they are still renovating the space and hence, the incomplete lighting). There is 24 hr reception support and the staff is very friendly. The area around seems shady but nothing majorly serious.
The place is well connected to public transportation options and is walkable to multiple shopping centers and good restaurants. There is no parking space owned by the hotel but there is a public parking just across the street (a cheaper option is available too with $15 per day on 7th and Flower, if you do not mind walking 0.2 miles for it).

The guy who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. He took the time to explain things to us and share places where to eat since it was our first time staying in LA. Also the other staff were helpful, too. The room was clean, spacious, and like home.
Loud noise and screaming sound from outside that made us wake up in the middle of the night. Parking was another issue. The parking structure across the street is the closest place to the building, but you have to repay the fee each time you go out and come back in.

I liked the loft. It was well equipped and spacious. We had a view of the back of a building, but it was quiet because it wasn't overlooking a busy city street. The staff was very friendly. Initially, we were placed in a loft that reeked of cigarette smoke. Since I am very sensitive to this, and booked a non-smoking room, I went to the front desk immediately and they gave us a different room.
In the description of the property it mentions parking as one of their most popular amenities. This is not true and there is no parking onsite at all. The garage we found was about 1/2 block away and was $25 overnight with no in and out priveledges. I was very disappointed in this as I had not budgeted to spend extra money to park and walk in the heart of the city alone with my daughter. No in and out privileges meant we had to stay in the hotel in the evening as it was not in my budget to pay by the hour and then pay an overnight fee. Keep this in mind when choosing this hotel.

The hotel location is downtown so handy to rail, restaurants etc.
The rooms are very well equipped. Staff are friendly and efficient.
Because of the location, there is a lot of noise, all day and ALL night. Evey passing drunk, every siren, every noisy vehicle, even people just walking and talking is heard in the room. Double glazing would help but there is none.
Internet failed at 8pm one night and wasn't repaired until next day. No internet = no tv.

There’s no house kipping, i asked for toiletries and didnt gave them to me after they say they would send someone to the room, the location is so unsatisfactory, there’s too many homeless outside smoking weed and doing random stuff, and the street smells awful. Also there’s no complimentary parking, so you’ll need to consider an extra spense for that.
