The location is great. It is across the beach and park and walking distance to most of the good restaurants. We had a few issues with our room, like air conditioning was not working in one room and television wasn't working in another room .The lady at the front desk is really sweet and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant stay. Very loud hotel guests all night long. Banging on doors, walls, loud music at 3am and smelled of pot the entire time. Pillows were very uncomfortable. They may have had cement bricks in them. Floors were very dirty. Windows were dirty. No temp control in the room. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

I really liked the location. It is in the heart of miami beach and there lots of stores and things to do around the hotel.
The hotel seems to be abandoned. Furniture are too old, beds are uncomfortable, the curtains don't close well and there are too much clarity in the room during the night and it is also noisy or maybe I was unlucky to get a room that was facing a parking lot.

The Elevator doesn't work so you have to carry your heavy luggage via stairs to 3rd floor The room doesn't have any temperature control. Bed makes very loud squeaky noise even with the slightest move They charge $57 for checking in 10 min before time.

Lobby smells like an old castle, the lift is dated 1940s, dangerous and scary, staff do not seem to care, a/c not controllable within rooms and was -0•f. 3 year old Son was frozen to the bone with just a thin sheet for bedding.
Extra bedding given (when asked to turn AC down) was smelly cover didn’t use due to the cleanliness issue.
18 year old Son sat on a chair in the lobby and a pain of glass from a table top just fell onto the floor (thankfully didn’t smash) it wasn’t glued on or anything, if was my 3 year old walking by, this could of been a very diff issue!
Used valet parking $40 for the night, could return within this cost
- was told keys would be behind desk when we needed them, thankfully didn’t request until the next morning on check out, the keys were not there, worker had no idea where they were, thought our rental had been taken. Eventually located, in a locked box, 25 mins later able to leave the hotel without the car being brought to the front of the hotel as promised (available keys would of been sufficient)

Loved the older building and the deco! Great location! Price advertised was $100 a night, but clicking on it was $147, but after everything and having to book larger room because all else was taken, wound up $247
But it was a large room and spacious! And room overlooked the strip!
Better pillows, couple of comfortable chairs to sit on and wife says a couple of through rugs over tile floors!

I appreciate that the suite we booked was ready ahead of normal check-in time. It was very spacious for all three of us to move around. We had a great view of the beach across the street.
After getting settled into the room we noticed there were tiny worm-like bugs on curtains and blankets. The bathroom needed some major repairs (sink was split in half and patched with glue, tub drain was chipped and rusted, the windows look like they all needed to be replaced as they had large patches of goop around the edging). There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.
The lobby area see.ed okay. I didn't spend any time there other than to checkin/checkout.
The elevator wasn't working and the sign looked like it was there for a while.
I think the owners just need to reinvest some money into updating and repairs and it could be as beautiful as it probably once was.

The air conditioner was and it was 50 degrees outside which was on 12/30/25 Didn't offer extra blankets. We slept with hoodies and fully dressed, Tried to turn it out but it didn't work the air conditioner.
The elevator was down didn't work, which it's been down since our last cruise which was about 3 yrs ago. So trying to carry your luggage was a hassle.
working elevator, clean sheets and a place that serve breakfast that wasn't so expensive like
surrounding breakfast place. And also air conditioner that you can turn on and off.

That it was near the beach ,estaurant and stores
That one room the AC was not working the room was hurrable the other room was freezing ,we had to carry our self 4 luggage up and down all them stairs to and from the rooms and we had kids and I have bad problem they could at least put someone to help since they knew the elevator was not working for awhile I would of known I would of cancel the booking and the pictures they have up are not real

Sadly I can’t think of anything I liked about this facility other than the location.
so much. outlets were extremely limited, no coffee machine or cups, no kleenex, just bare minimmums in every category. I had to wake up the “security” guy behind the desk at 6:00 am to check out and get my car key.
