Spacious and clean room. Hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from South Beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel.
Complimentary water would be good, especially if arriving after a long trip.
At one point the water turned brown in both our toilet and from the tap in our bathroom basin.
We booked via booking.com and breakfast was included. However, we noticed that although we were a group of three we got the same quantity of pastries as couples! The choice of food was also limited although the food we had was delicious.

Was a nice hotel with a nice location however I have to say I’ve never stayed in a hotel in any country especially where it’s hot where they do not provide water in the rooms on arrival? Also, the room we were in was below the gym and they were letting people go into the gym at 6 am in the morning and then the treadmill was shaking the ceiling And waking me up. You don’t really want to be up at 6 am on holidays after a heavy night. :)

The location is amazing. The hotel has a boutique feel to it. The rooms were clean. The staff was super helpful and attentive.
The jacuzzi on the top floor was too foamy. Maybe it needs a thorough cleaning. The rooms are too dark even during the daytime. I was there for one night, so it was manageable. We asked for room slippers, and instead of saying they don't have it , they circumvented, saying the staff is out at the moment. When asked again after a few hours - finally said they don't have room slippers. Was a bit strange.

This beautiful art deco hotel has a very nice reception area as well as the sitting area by the hotels main entrance. The hotel is centrally located, only one block away from the beach. The room and bathroom are very spacious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area with the pool bar. Each morning we had breakfast in the restaurant next door to the hotel called the Blue Lavender. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and serves delicious organic meals and snacks. Everyone working in this hotel is super nice and polite. We would definitely stay in this hotel during our next trip to Miami.

The Hotel is okay, but very over priced for what it offers. The rooms are of excellent conditions, the beddings are extremely comfortable and of premium quality. but other than the rooms, the hotel is very basic. you can get much better amenities for the same price at other beach-front hotels.
The receptionists are not very welcoming, Berkeley was very nice and polite though.

This is not a suite. This is one room with one tv on a stand. This is False advertisement at it's best. Sink way too close to door in bathroom, almost unable to close bathroom door. Shower/Tub combo, Dangerous!!! Tub Very high, issue with getting in tub. Very slippery taking a shower, nothing to hold on to while taking a shower.

The staff was very helpful and helpful especially Eduardo who helped me with recommendations in the city and also helped in scheduling some tours for me and my packed breakfast which was very important.
Internet is super fast and very good.
AC was too good as well.
The room walls are wooden so another rooms knocks and noises easily felt. Can be mistaken for knock at your door instead.
The mattress was not hard and can press down quite a bit once laid on them but manageable.

Honestly, I would have rated the hotel well if it was not for the discrimination I have faced from Mercedes at the front desk. The other staff were great, but as someone who travels often and considers myself a well behaved guest, I was disgusted at how I was treated. Particularly when I was lied to about policies that were and were not written on paper .
The discrimination I faced about who could be in my room (not overnight). The lies and attempted upcharge Mercedes tried to issue when the contract policy was different than what she tried to sell me. The other staff was amazing. One bad egg spoiled the bunch.

Great location to the beach and other restaurants. It is conveniently located next door to a healthy restaurant that's open for breakfast through dinner. There is a microwave upstairs on the 3rd floor if you want to heat up your food; fridge located in room.
It can be loud, ridiculously loud. I woke up to the sound of water running in the pipes from people showering. We had room 209, which was next to the elevator. You can hear people coming out of the elevator and screaming down the hallway. The room was also dark with limited day light. Additionally, I asked for an additional flat sheet one evening. The front desk acknowledged, but nothing happened. I had to ask housekeeping the next morning. I do appreciate the beach umbrella, towels and chairs- be mindful, the chairs are just foldable camping chairs.

The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived! Our room was not ready, but the staff explained that we were welcome to use the amenities while we waited. They also stored our bags which was very helpful. Then when our room was ready, they called us and greeted us with an upgrade! This was extra helpful since I was traveling with a breast pump and needed the added kitchenette to clean/store everything with no added stress. Eduardo was the best!
Having an ice machine on our floor would have been nice, but it wasn't far to get ice on the rooftop floor. I also noticed a little bit of a mold smell in the hallway. Our room was immaculately clean though, so that was minor.
