We needed a hotel with good location because only one night and day quick visit. Breakfast was also something we wanted to have in hotel and it was not perfect but good enough so that we where able to go straight to beach and have lunch later. It was a bonus that sun beds (2) where included in price. For the day at the beach they let us leave our luggage at hotel which also helped a lot when traveling with family and lots of luggage.

Super close to the beach. They have their own beach chairs you can borrow for free. Ariel from front desk was also very friendly and was very helpful. After our stay when I had to continue to communicate with the hotel via booking.com due to lost phone and they were extremely responsive.
There wasnโt a 24 hr concierge. We arrived in Florida really early and the hotel โlobbyโ was close so there wasnโt any place we can hangout at the hotel while waiting for it to open at 8am.

Not really a breakfast.. some yoghurts, bread and a very sweet sugary croissant on offer with not many spaces to sit and eat it outside the room.

The room was very sterile and there wasn't much to embrace about the hotel itself. Definitely a place you stay when you want to save money, have a good bed to sleep in at night and plan to spend most of your time away.

The location is the best, close to Espanola Way, pedestrian street with many restaurants, close to the beach, close to shops. The room was clean, not very big, but comfortable. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was limited in choice, but ok. The hotel even offers free spots at the beach.
The breakfast could be more varied, include eggs and ham, there were just croissants, juice, milk, butter, bread, cereals and apples.

The sheets I donโt think had been washed before we got there! There were stains and crumbs in the bed. There was a gross looking liquid on the side table. Very loud sounds at all times of night and morning. Banging and construction.

Location was great, shops, the beach, Ocean Drive, Espaรฑola Way, the free trolley stop, all of them were 2 min walking from the hotel. Breakfast is simple but good enough to start the day. The room was big and included everything that we needed. Juliana and Constanza from the reception were super nice and made sure we were comfortable at all times.
The AirCons were a bit loud at times and it smelled a little bit of humidity.

The location in proximity to the beach was nice. The hotel it self wasn't bad.
There were a few things that made our stay a little uncomfortable. One being the hotel next door was under construction and the workers started working by 8 am. When we first arrived at the hotel, Valentin welcomed us and helped us with information. Afterwards, Julieta was very helpfull, we are thankfull to her. I can say that we were generally satisfied with the hotel. We stayed in room 206 with two double beds. I can say that it was a quiet room. After 8 in the morning, there was a construction noise next door, but since we woke up early, it did not affect us. The hotel is located in the center and easy access to everywhere is possible. Free trolleybus use, transportation to the city center with bus number 100, transportation to the southern part of the island, being close to places to see, markets, restaurants and of course the beach were all 1 street away. There are 2 free sunbeds and daily towels no free umbrellas on the beach. If the breakfast could be improved, it would probably get full 10 points from me. The breakfast needs to be improved a little. At least eggs could be added as seen in the hotel's previous Facebook photos. Breakfast includes any of the following: croissants or pastries, toast, small packages of butter, jam, cream cheese, fruit juice, tea, coffee, water, cereal, yogurt. Since the breakfast area is small, not all guests can have breakfast there at the same time, but if the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside on our trays. There is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy right next to it called Wallgreens
. If we come to Miami again, we will consider staying here.
There was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. Air condition noise may be a problem for those who sleep with the air conditioner on at night because it works noisy, but it did not affect us because we do not turn on the air conditioner at night. When you enter the bathroom, the ventilation also works when the light is turned on and it is very noisy. When the light is turned off, the noise goes away. The pressure of the hand washing tap in the bathroom was low.

Breakfast was very basic but a nice touch. Customer service for breakfast was great though. Very good customer attention and helpfulness. The room was comfortable and quite for being on a busy street. The only real complaint would be inadequate lighting in the toilet part of the bathroom. Minor but worth noting.

This location was amazing and very convenient to go to the beach and eat out at night.
The parking was awful! We wouldn't stay here again. You have to use public parking garage blocks away from this hotel. Once you park your car you have to leave it parked for the day. You are charged $20 a day, and you don't have access to using your car for 24 hours unless you pay again.There is a parking space available in front of this hotel to load and unload. Too bad someone was parked illegally in this parking space, and the hotel staff wasn't aware, so we couldn't use it. We're so glad we only booked for one night.

Although a small family-run hotel (more like independent buildings converted into hotel rooms), the Management was very friendly and communicated constantly via WhatsApp and email updates before and during the stay. Location is excellent with proximity to everything South Beach has to offer!

I didnโt like how anytime someone opened their door, it sounded like some one was opening mine. The mattress had a huge body indent in the bed, so I was very uncomfortable.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location, just a couple blocks from tge beach and with shops and restaurants just steps away.
Breakfast was fine but minimal - yogurt, apples, two choices of pastry, white bread, and a couple cereals. But the staff serving it were friendly and helpful.

Good coffee available in the morning.
Room 101 is close to entrance and back to back with a kitchen.
6:30 am dishes start to bang in a sink right behind a bed.
Staff should restrain from such noises when they have guests at room 101! You pay $$$ for a room you have no chance to rest. Breakfast has no healthy choices but fruits.

Hotel was clean but it had such a horrible mold/cleaning chemicals smells that my throat was immediately irritated and I was coughing. My child too. I barely survived one night and could not wait to get out of this hotel to the fresh air. It absolutely should not cost that much keeping in mind smell and mold
