Located 3 minutes walk from the beach on Ocean Drive, this hotel features a roof-top pool with 360-degree ocean and city views. The location is awesome if you plan to party all night and crash drunk right on SB. Unit B302. If the owner is paying a monthly maintenance fee, he is getting ripped off as things have been broken for some time.

The pictures are way nicer than the property. kudos to the photographer. Many things did not work. THE ELEVATOR . I.E. TV Dishwasher, multiple lights were inoperative. The outlet in the bathroom. we asked to have them fixed. They sent someone. NOTHING was fixed. lights were missing in the hallway. the flooring was broken and bubbling off the floor. Unit B302

Nothing at all it was disgusting . It was so dirty it needed a deep clean through the entire apartment and the bathroom door leading into the bedroom was so unsafe it was dangerous. The location was amazing. Everything we needed was walking distance, resturants, bars and beach. We were above the bezt club in Miami.... The Palace which was lively all day and finished by midnight so the noise did not disturb us. The room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful round bath tub and great view. 2 balconies, 2 beds Room C402. All the staff were amazing. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure room until checkin and check-out. They were always helpful. I will definately stay there again if Im in Miami.

The hotel's location is great, just a minute from the beach. However, it has multiple buildings, and if your room is above the 'Palace' restaurant, expect noise from live shows. Not ideal for those wanting a quiet stay. The host was accommodating, allowing an extended check-out, but our arrival was frustrating with a nearly half-hour wait for the front desk guy who stepped out. Room service didn't come until we requested it explicitly for a couple of days. Overall, it is an okay place.

Really bad quality of the beds. PLEASE replace them! It did hurt my back. You can even hear the sounds of the springs. The noise from the engins (A/C, etc) on the roof of the building next door. So loud that you cant leave the patio door of the balcony opened. What is the point to pay extra money to be by the sea then! The quality of the coffee. Which was Instant (insane) coffee! Instead of providing this poor quality coffee just leave it empty.

The location is very good, as it stands at the main avenue in Miami Beach, where there are lots of restaurants, bars, tourist attractions. The room is quite comfortable and spacious. TV deserves to be highlighted as the device contains most of the useful and most famous apps someone would require.

The location is in building C, whereas the front desk and the pool are in another building (A, I suppose). This situation was not clear in the Booking profile of this location (!!). Although it was warned about the noise from Palace restaurant shows, there are other noisy sources from the neighbourhood. There is an antique bathtube which makes it quite dangerous to leave the shower box. Although towels were changed every two days, there wasn't any other cleaning (nor even there were cleaning devices for guests to do so). There is not a shower in the pool. The sea view is minimum.

The location was the best. Liked the balcony, had lots of closet space.

Beds were a little stiff but not unbearable. Floors had not been washed in a while as our feet were black from walking around. The room needed hand towels or paper towels since it had a kitchen but no means to dry hands or dishes. Be mindfull the music doesn't stop till 1am.

There was not much to like, was not as described as on the site. Stay away if you are over 21, have a family, and from the UK as the manager(French lady) as quoted "this is why I hate English", when asked to look for an alternative room.

The place had dirty floors, bed linen, bathroom room needed to be refurbished, mould in shower, fittings falling off, dirty clothes were everywhere, including dirty underwear. Manager was rude and shouted in front of my young daughter. Noisy right next to the apartment with banging noise from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. Photos are as on arrival.

The location is perfect! There is a balcony that overlooks Ocean Drive that we loved standing on. It would be great if there were some bar height stools out there so you could sit down. The chairs that are there are way too low to see over the railing. You can stand on your deck & watch the daily & nightly drag shows that took place at the bar downstairs. It was very roomy & nice.

We didnt like the shower/tub at all. We also didnt like that the pool was a public pool. As a paying hotel guest, it wouldve been nice to go up there to lay out or swim, but it was too crowded with public people from the bar downstairs. Also, when you pay for a room with a pool, you should be able to take your own bottled water from your room to the pool. I had my pool bag with me, with a bottle water in the side & security came over to me & made me get rid of it, saying I could only have water at the pool if I purchased it at the bar. We travel a lot & Ive never had that happen until here.

We couldn't get on the elevator because there wasn't a monitor for our card someone stole it off of the elevator in building C. Then when we rode the elevator in building A we noticed the elevator hasn't been checked to be up to code since 2020. Next to night club - VERY LOUD NOISE - Vibrations in the apartment, literally :-( Dishwasher did not work. They said they would send someone to fix it - that never happened! BE AWARE! We went on a trip and when we returned after four days they have rented the apartment to someone else and told us (family of five) to just find a different hotel. And the landlord even scolded us for not having the courtesy to tell him about our trip - excuse me...is this legal?! (to be fair we were compensated for three nights, but still, can you imagine...). I think Booking.com should look into this matter and take some responsibility.

Rob The OWNER was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. No good customer service at all. Hes very condescending and sarcastic. If I had the option to book elsewhere I wouldve but they make sure they charge u before u even step foot in the room. Its ask do u have and special request and I put my request for a birthday card or something to be on the bed or welcome to Miami I couldnt even get that and I paid $800 to stay there. Whats the point of asking if u cant or wont do !! GEORGE THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT STAFF MEMBER! I know its hard working in an environment like that. But you made out stay 2% better! Nothing, truly the worst stay of my life.

This stay was the worst stay of my life, please stay here at your own risk. The hosts were horrible, spiteful and callous. The ameneties and facilities listed are indeed lies and there is no air conditioning, my sister had a medical emergency due to heat exhaustion and the hosts did not care and refused to provide a fan. The temperature was over 93 degrees I have been travelling for many years and i have never had a stay as bad as this. No accommodations were made nor A/C fixed. Misquito bites, heat exhaustion/sickness. Miserable and irritable stay. Health hazard. Please do not stay here, if anything goes wrong, you will be on your own. The facilities and amenities listed are lies. We have not been compensated.

Location is great. We stayed at 506. Room is very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

Bathtub is broken. You can use only the shower.

The property was amazing. The suite was clean and spacious. The balcony faced the beach,the view was amazing.

The only thing that was an inconvenience was the elevator. The elevator had been broken for 2 days, so I had to carry my luggages down the stairway.
