The location was perfect, close to downtown.

We had booked a king room but when we arrived they gave us a queen one. Once we asked for another room they moved us to a king room but next to the gym and pool. The first night was terrible, since 7 am it was so noisy that I couldnโ€™t sleep at all. Once we asked for another room the next morning, the guy in the front desk was so rude, telling us that I changed your room once and we donโ€™t have any other one to move you again. I was so mad at them and once I showed them how unhappy I was with their service, after 30 minutes they called us that we can move to another room. Besides the rude staff, everything else was fine though.

The rooms were spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom was ultra clean. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a great location as it is only 2 min walk from the train station, the Innerloop and a 5 min walk to the Brickell City Center (shops and restaurants). The neighborhood is hip and vibrant. I would definitely book in the near future.

Location was the only good thing

We got the room and there was no hot water, when the technician came he smiled and told me that there is a problem with the hot water at the hotel. I spoke with the manager he was โ€œsurprisedโ€ but later he told me that there is a hot water issue at the hotel. Besides thatโ€ฆ the difference between the hotel pictures and reality is huge!!!

The location is great! Close to Brickell city centre, monorail, publix and other key places.

The staff was rude and dismissive. Upon arrival we were told, They didnโ€™t have our reservation and it was our problem to solve with booking.com The room was very cold and there was no heating option. AC was also due a service. We were told there was no microwave to warm up milk for my daughter. The hotel had a functional kitchen, as they served breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is hard to believe, that no microwave was available.

The room was well designed, we found some good restaurants in the area.

We arrived early, so checked our luggage, to discover luggage is stored in an open accessible area. We asked if they have a closed room, and we're told they have cameras. Sure enough, when we came back at night, no one checked out stubs to make sure we are taking our own luggage. At check in, they actually charged my credit card $100 as a "security deposit" despite our room being paid for, in full, in advance. They were unclear why this is necessary, and we will apparently get this back only in seven work days. I have not experienced anything like this in a hotel with this cost per night. The room was very noisy. We heard every sound in the corridor, as well as noise from the neighboring room and from the street, despite being on the 12th floor. Finally, breakfast. We paid in advance for breakfast, but when we arrived at the hotel restaurant we were told we are only entitled to "voucher breakfast". This apparently did not include many options including coffee refill that was not offered. Certainly disappointing for an addition that was not inexpensive.

I stayed here last year and it was great, but this time, I spent 4x as much on the exact same room and time because of accelerated spring break prices. There are 10 hotels in a 3 block radius that are still in walking distance to cool things to do that cost a fraction of this place. I am loyal to Indigo, but I am not sure if I will be booking for the 3 vacations I am planning this year. Sucks, I always stay at Indigo!

Design of the โ€œliving roomโ€ of our king suite made no sense. The TV was on a side wall to the sofa. If you wanted to watch TV, you had to turn your head the whole timeโ€ฆbad design. And the whole entry/living room area was not well utilizedโ€ฆkind of a dark alley to get to the bedroom.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing in doing their best to make me feel welcomed and valued.. and that includes the staff in the restaurant as well as the counter... . so helpful and friendly.

The room was kinda noisy... not very well noise insulated - there was a rowdy bunch of young guys staying on the same floor across the hall and I could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway. Not conducive to a restful atmosphere if you're tired from travel and want to rest.
