Loved the property and the stay! Customer services was a 10/10. Joel at the front desk checked us in he was extremely friendly and very informative. I really loved the amenity they had to offer. This was the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen pool was amazing it was really fun that they had a movie theater, private work space, and game room with a billiards table. If you are staying in Miami for a few nights it’s great because the room had a full fridge, cooking range, and dishwasher. Location was great just next to the Miami world center. Walking distance to the metro mover which is a great way to see the city.

Location was very central. Spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower and comfortable beds.

Appreciate it's a new building in an area surrounded by construction however the windows could do with a clean as well as the rooftop pools area. Outdoor furniture on the balcony would have been nice and the floor on the balcony still needs completing. Bathrooms lacked in towel hooks and shower shelf or two. Kitchen was nice but some basic bits would be useful - we stayed for one night but no tea or coffees were provided. Would be nice to have a little something to get you going... Although luggage storage is allowed before check-in, this is not the case for check-out. No where to get food onsite.

Nothing. I was denied check-in despite having a fully paid reservation. The front desk staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. There was no clear communication, no willingness to assist, and no effort to resolve the issue on the spot. Instead of providing support, I was told to handle everything by email — and even then, there has been no effective resolution. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, indifference, and a total lack of accountability. There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience.

INGLÊS: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I made a fully prepaid reservation through Booking. I arrived at night, alone, and was simply denied check-in because they required a physical credit card — a requirement that was never disclosed during the booking process. Despite the stay being fully paid and having a valid digital card, I was effectively turned away. Yes — turned away. A woman alone, at night, in an unfamiliar city, and not a single staff member showed the slightest empathy, understanding, or willingness to help. No real attempt to find a solution. No alternatives offered. Just “there is nothing we can do.” The front desk staff were unprepared and completely indifferent. I was told to resolve the issue via email. By email, the responses are generic, delayed, and provide no actual resolution. Most concerning: I was verbally told the reservation would be canceled and that I would not be charged. However, the reservation remains active in the system and they are still charging for the stay — even though I was never accommodated. Charging for a stay that did not occur because the hotel refused check-in is unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for guests. I strongly do not recommend this property.

The location of the hotel and the room were both excellent

The staff couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to work for almost 2 days. It required a young Computer Tech Engineer to work on it for 45 minutes before getting the TV to work. Tony the computer tech genius was fantastic. Keep him happy. The TV in the living room did work perfectly for the entire stay.

I needed a place near Brickell and this worked out very well. I traveled by "share ride" I got around fast. I was here for just one night and would have loved to have stayed for more. I stayed in a Studio room, bed was awesome! The room comes equipped with everything you can think of - kitchen utensils, washer/dryer. Since I arrived the day before my meetings, I explored the building and found a great place to work - - had little private glass "cubicles" and seating areas. I didn't have much time by to spend at the pool, but maybe on my next visit as it looked inviting - - didn't hurt that the sun was out. There is an area by the hotel called the "worldcenter?" -- had lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel Check In is to your left - they have a sign up - but I missed it - could have been more clear here as I went to the one directly in front of the entrance.
