The staff at the registration desk were efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Also, they were very approachable as well as went out of their way to help out on several occasions.
After checking out, I dined at the Normandy Kitchen & Bar, where I had a delicious breakfast with fruits and juice. The waitress provided both excellent and courteous service with a Midwestern sense of humility and gratitude. She had a very positive attitude, which made a lasting impression.
My stay at the Best Western Normandy was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Love the older hotels. They have so much more character.
Restaurant needs more choices on menu at lesser prices. I saw a group sit down and when they saw the menu prices they got bb up a left.

Close to the ballpark. Parking lot right behind the hotel.
Thirty dollars for two shots of fireball kind of surprised me, I thought I was back in the ballpark. We ate and drank off the hotel premises after that.

The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Patrick at the front desk was great!
The coffee maker in our room didn't work, and the nescafe machine in the lobby wasn't working either. The AC in our room was functioning but not well, we had it set at 67 but it was more like 72 in the room which made for a hot night of sleep for us that sleep warm.

The bar/ restaurant is very good. I liked everything on the menu and not just the drinks. The pool area in the middle was nice. Plenty of private parking and great location to walk around and do things.
The place was a little confusing to navigate at first from the parking in back to the desk up front. The pool was closed in the morning for maintenance when I went for my morning swim.

We loved the ambience of the hotel, its great that you have a hot and cold water dispenser., loved the cookie and milk in the evening, overall we loved it and will surely come again.
We wished there could be a microwave in every floor, instead of just only one for the whole building.

Heat in our room didn't work so they switched our room at 11:30 at night...very inconvenient. But they tried. Said they would comp us our room but only gave us a few bucks off....very cute property if they would've followed through. Kinda dissapointed.
Guy at the front desk when we checked in was great. Person who answered the phone when I complained about the heat in our room...not so much...promised to have it looked into while we went to a show and never did anything about it.
