The location is good, and the staff are nice.
My room has a strange layout. There’s a platform right outside the window, and the window actually has a door that opens onto it. It made me feel unsafe and I couldn’t sleep well because of that. Besides, there are two inside doors in my room, although they were locked, but I really didn’t understand why they design them. I lived here for 3 nights, the experience was not pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room/bed. Appreciated how quiet it was. Didn't get woke up by other guests leaving in the morning or doors slamming. Also appreciated how secure the parking was, although we had trouble trying to pay for parking with a credit card. Overall a pleasant stay!

I liked the location
The staff wasn’t really accommodating every interaction felt awkward and dismissive, I requested my room cleaned and I was told they only clean after the guests leave or every 3 days which is disappointing as a customer for a 4 star hotel

The hotel was great.
But downtown Mpls is not the same. I tried to go for a walk and got cat called a couple times by transit men. Most of the retail stores are gone. I decided to stay in the room until I was picked up to head elsewhere.

We had a king suite on 15th floor the room was very comfortable and clean. We walked to the Dakota Jazz Club downtown and felt very safe walking. Would stay again Great for the price!
Was disappointed to learn there is no club lounge anymore, no breakfast or drinks...price stays lower his way

Staff was not welcoming at all and the fragrance/air fresheners were way too strong in the elevators, lobby and room. If anyone is sensitive to smells, you will get a migraine here.

Carpets are so dirty in rooms; found used water bottle on chair & used coffee grounds in maker so made you think room didn’t get properly clean. Then was told 1 day late that we had free breakfast with our room.

Great location
Most everything was great. Housekeeping only cleans the room every three days which was a bummer. I imagine it has to do with staffing issues, so very understandable. The front desk said house cleaning could be done on request but it would have been nice to have them pop in each day even to just empty the trash and refill coffee pods.

Employees were very nice and accessible. Hotel room was fine, bedding excellent.
Two major problems, although they didn't much affect my attitude abt the hotel, 1) no daily maid service 2) access in and out of the parking garage was a nightmare. I finally figured out what to do on my departure from the hotel,

Location was great we could walk to both the Football and Basketball stadiums- good food choices nearby.
Staff not overly helpful- room not cleaned or replenished without having to call everyday- even though we said we would like the service to be provided daily. Service in bar area very slow- staff too engaged in chatting- and hours short

Hallway was well-lit.
Though mattress was high, it was comfortable. Sheets felt great. Bathroom was well-lit and bright.
Down side is the rust in the slider-guide of the shower - rusting out.
Plumber should clean the grout around the shower handles - hard water.
Lighting controls were easily accessible and functional.

The entire hotel from check in and to check out was amazing. Zak and Demeria was outstanding. The manager Brittany she was amazing as well helping us with the upgrade to compensate for just a small mishap. The room was so beautiful, and we enjoyed it. It was very huge we were on the 16th floor and all the accommodations was there. The wooden paddle inside the hotel was great for breakfast the next morning, and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfectly located, and I definitely will be back to stay again.
The only thing that I can say that I disliked about the hotel was the parking. Parking spaces for too close, and very very small.
