It was very cozy and comfortable.

It was a little warm due to the skylights, but they were beautiful to look out and see the trees.

Location was ok. Kids had a great time.

I spent most of the time in the bathroom working as that was where the WIFI signal was the best. I run a company of about 30 people that depend on me so for this alone I could not return. I also like to sleep and nothing on the windows made that impossible. Also a strobing yellow light that I could not turn off was very frustrating. Also since the WIFI was so bad the TV was as well. All in all I enjoyed myself with the kids and it was a pleasure to meet you but for the reasons I listed I could not recommend it and doubt that I would return. Only responding as I hope it helps you make improvements in the future. Have a great day.

Cozy and well located

Owner isnt friendly. Too many rules, like thermostat you cant set at your comfort. Wi Fi didnt work well, induction plates (to cook) didnt work. One chair was broken and even the apartment as clean, we found 2 roaches

Treehouse was very clean. Nice appointments and appliances.

Wi-Fi connection cut out, usually in the morning. No big deal.

Wonderful property, very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Communication was swift online, and great location as well.

Booked for family of 4 and although the property was brilliant in size and had comfortable furniture in the living areas, the beds felt on a smaller side for a couples or 2 kids sharing and a bit worn out, easily fixed with new mattresses/bases as the rest of property was great.

the location was great and it was very close to Vanderbilt beach, very quiet neighborhood. It was also close to Bonita Springs dog park, we enjoyed it.

Very charming accommodation. The Naming (home by the beach) is a bit misleading though, it is for sure not walking distance).

Very limited kitchenware (no glasses, limited number of plates etc.). No storage room in the bathroom and bedroom for clothes (ok for us, we only staxes a few nights, bur may be uncomfortable for longer stays).

Property is good, mostly when you have family-kids and a dog, from our point of view, the treehouse is warm and welcome, with a great location to enjoy the area.

theres nothing I can say to dislike the property, its very nice

Interior design, layout, location close to beaches and state park (8 min drive )

The mattresses are too soft and beds are smallish. If this was of better quality, I would increase by one notch to overall 9 The kitchen could have more plates and glasses but overall equipment was fine.
