They have a disconnect with bookings.com. We showed up and hotel did not have a reservation for the first night. I had a booking.coms confirmation for that night.

The location is fantastic for the French Quarter, staff is friendly, and the room is spacious.
We returned on the last night of our trip to find that our toilet was not flushing properly. I called the front desk to ask for help. They said they would report it, but no one came, so went spent the night without a working toilet.

It was pretty, clean, conveniently located to just about everything. We enjoyed the courtyard and having the bar, coffee shop, and little restaurant right there attached was great. Rooms were spacious.
A little close to Bourbon street, and we had a balcony. It was pretty loud 24/7. They should try to be a little more generous with the towels, we had to ask each day for 1 or 2 extra. A few complimentary bottles of water would have been lovely too. No weather stripping on the bottom of the balcony door, so during a heavy rain lots of water came in. No big deal, just little things that could be better.

The concierge service was exceptional! They were always friendly, helpful, attentive and made you feel welcomed. One of the front desk workers did not match the their leve of hospitality. Maybe because when i ealked in i interrupted her chat with the concierge because her joy and smile vanished. Towards me she was not warm or friendly. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I dreaded having to interact any further with her. The clerk i checked out with was 100x friendlier and so the check out was nice.
We had a room with a balcony. The room itself was beautiful and appeared clean. I noticed that the wallpaper appeared to be peeling off the wall and the beds were not comfortable. I prefer a softer bed and these felt like old spring beds with not extra plush. Quite uncomfortable. The balcony was very nice and we enjoyed that and the view. We didnt watch TV bit it was a nice big flat-screen but the remote was hidden. We never found it.
To me was it worth the money? No. If the beds were nicer and updated, and the attitude of the front desk worker was different then I would say yes. If location is a top priority, regardless of cost, than you'd most likely enjoy your stay here.

It was a classic NOLA apartment with a balcony, very comfy, very calm, really organized. Supercool! Loved the location, because it was basicly onto the main events. And they have a restaurante and a café at the same building, so... Perfection!

Nice choices. The menu items were prepared as ordered so they were fresh.
The gentleman at the front desk at checkout said he would email my receipt to me.He asked if my email he had was correct, I told him it was not and told him he had it at .com and it should be .net at the end. You sent to me and you have my email correct. Obviously, he does not. If you could have someone please send me the receipt, I would appreciate it.
