Jonathan at the desk was extremely helpful and great. The courtyard where the pool was , was beautiful and so old world .
There was absolutely no counter space , no mini fridge or microwave and with the price of food there i hated that we couldn't take leftovers back to the hotel because if they stayed out they attracted bugs without a mini fridge.

I like to do a lot of walking so this was at a perfect starting point. The rooms were nice, cute, and spacious, perfect for a handful of traveling bags. The pool was nice. I love the setting and colors of the hotel, giving my eyes and mind a break from annoying plain white modern hotels. The staff was very nice and patient.
Was sad to know there wasn't a mini fridge.

Local was ok on trolly and bus line
Hid the ice bucket in the room. Normally you can sit in the court yards and smoke and drink coffee but they had signs no smoking made it hard to smoke my cigars as the neighborhood at night especially was very sketchy lots of people asking for everything.

This hotel was cool because it’s in a historic building with a beautiful pool area. It’s a perfect location, only a 10 minute walk from bourbon street, the staff were friendly and helpful.
We had so many issues with the property. When we first checked in our room was dirty, there were towels on the floor and the bed was used. They swapped our room and put us upstairs- no elevator which is difficult with a lot of luggage and there was a used condom in our bin- absolutely awful. A member of staff came to remove it and they gave us a free drink voucher for it. Then a storm started and our room was leaking so badly, the balcony door was pouring in water so we had to move again. We were then downgraded to a much smaller room with a damp smell. They refunded the extortionate parking for the inconvenience. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

They locked me out my room behind a charge I didnt know for 4hrs, I wasnt told about before I got there. The lights in the room didnt work. The entrance to the suites smell like mildew & was rain coming under the door. If I didnt have my son I would of left! These ppl dont care & plzzz if youre looking for an N.O. experience don't go here! It's trash & not worth it!

The Television never worked. It would turn on but there was never any reception.
The rooms are very small. Which I can handle a small room but there was no place to set your things. There is only one night stand on one side of the Queen Bed. And, there is absolutely nothing on the other side. Even some shelves by the bed would be nice. The bathroom had no room to set any of your toiletries. Some more hooks in the bathroom. And, again maybe some shelves on a wall to put your toiletries.
Also, there are no curtains in the rooms; only blinds. Which. obviously let in a lot of light.

The courtyard was very cute! The room was direct access to the pool. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the parking was gated. I thought being on a busy street in the French Quarter might be loud but it was very quiet. (It was 4th of July weekend and the Essence Fest was going on as well) Staff very friendly and helpful. It was a 15 minute walk to Cafe Du Monde. We would definitely stay there again.
Access from the parking lot into the hotel is not well guided. There are no signs directing you where to go in what looks like a staff entrance.

I like the location because it’s near the French Quarter.
Having to ring the bell and get buzzed into the hotel, made it a very uncomfortable stay. It was very annoying and it doesn’t make sense at all.. also I was given a room that was connected to another room, but I could not lock my door because the lock was broken.

The location was perfect. Situated just outside the chaos of the French quarter but still walking distance to all the things. There's a pool in the courtyard that made cooling off mid day excellent. Usually, there was coffee available, but it was hit or miss if it was hot or tepid.
I booked a room for 4 people and only had 2 towels in the room. We also had to ask for a shower curtain. We couldn't get this till the 2nd day because they didn't have any available. That was quite odd. No alcohol in the pool as well. I get if you're getting toasted but it's NOLA!

Staff was amazing. The room was quiet. Across the street from the French Quarter. Room was large.
The key fob!!!! Instead of the normal credit card sized room key, they give you a key fob that they warn you will cost you $150 to replace if you don't return it. It's small, and I would have lost mine the first night, if some stranger hadn't been kind enough to advise me when he saw it fall out of my pocket. My room appeared to have had some shoddy maintenance done.

Location was good only short walk to Bourbon Street. Hotel its self, lobby lounge area was nice.
Actual size of double room was small, no table or counter to even put coffee maker on. Stairs leading to room very worn out and little nerve racking to climb. Our room smelled of marijuana SO BAD!!! Everywhere smelled of weed! It was AWFUL!!! For a smoke free hotel it wasn’t weed smoke free at all! Our room was only stocked with 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a four person stay.

Staff was great, and it is super cute. Parking felt secured and no issues there. Stayed here before with no issues, so we were surprised at our experience.
The bed was extremely loud. We couldn’t even roll over at night without it screeching. The TV did not work. The hot water in the shower was intermittent. We did not report these issues as we were only there for 2 nights and didn’t want to waste our time.

It's so cute!! Staff are great. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is there is no soundproofing between rooms and we had upstairs neighbors that I swear were doing trick jumps all night. But this was a them problem not the hotel problem so I would 100% stay again.

The people are what make the place. From pre-check down to assisting me with my mom's room everyone was fantastic.
There was a bit of a draft from the front door. Likely need a new seal, that and my neighbors were blasting there TV and I heard everything. Not sure if there's much to do about how thin the walls are.
